KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to shaping and execute the Group's Digital Marketing & Growth strategy, aligning marketing priorities with commercial, revenue and brand objectives Use customer, market and performance data to identify business opportunities and support strategic and commercial decisions Develop growth initiatives across customer segments, channels and touchpoints, building clear business cases and measurable targets Lead the digital customer journey across acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention and loyalty Plan and optimize full-funnel performance marketing across SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display, Metasearch, E-mail Marketing and Affiliate channels Drive direct revenue, ROAS, conversion and ROI through continuous testing, analysis and budget optimization Manage and drive the evolution of the website, booking engine, UX and CRO to improve customer experience and commercial performance Develop CRM and loyalty initiatives through segmentation, personalization, customer profiling and marketing automation Partner with Revenue Management, Sales, Brand and Operations to turn commercial priorities into integrated marketing actions Build dashboards, forecasts and performance reviews, translating complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders Manage budgets and external media, digital, CRM and technology partners, ensuring accountability and quality of execution Promote a test-and-learn culture, digital innovation and continuous improvement across digital marketing activities and cross-functional initiatives REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS At least 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or comparable roles Proven experience leading digital marketing strategies, teams, agencies and cross-functional initiatives Strong commercial mindset, with a track record of connecting marketing actions to revenue, conversion, profitability and business growth Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data, customer insights and market trends into strategic choices and actionable plans Advanced knowledge of Performance Marketing, CRM, Marketing Automation and Digital Analytics Solid expertise in customer journeys, CRO, UX and digital conversion optimization Experience managing budgets, forecasts, external partners and performance against business targets Strategic thinking, intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills and a strong bias for action Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing and challenging environment Experience in hospitality, travel, leisure or other consumer-driven industries is considered a plus Fluent in Italian and English Salary Range in line with the pay transparency principles set out in EU Directive 2023/970: CCNL: Tourism ? A riporto diretto del Plant General Manager e in dotted-line al VP Quality, il/la Senior Quality Manager si occuperà di: - Guidare la funzione Qualità di stabilimento, promuovendo una cultura orientata all'eccellenza, alla responsabilità e al miglioramento continuo. - Definire e implementare la strategia qualità del sito produttivo, assicurando l'allineamento con gli obiettivi aziendali e industriali. - Introdurre e sviluppare metodologie avanzate di qualità, con particolare focus su APQP e processi preventivi. - Garantire la conformità ai requisiti normativi, agli standard aziendali e alle aspettative del cliente, assicurando il mantenimento della certificazione ISO 9001:2015. - Collaborare con Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain e Product Development per migliorare affidabilità, performance e qualità del prodotto. - Guidare le attività di Manufacturing Quality, monitorando KPI di stabilimento e promuovendo il miglioramento di Right First Time, Defects per Unit e COPQ. - Assicurare la qualità dei nuovi prodotti e delle modifiche di prodotto, coordinando le attività di validazione di processo e prevenzione difetti. - Gestire le problematiche di Field Quality e Customer Satisfaction, promuovendo azioni correttive volte a migliorare affidabilità del prodotto e customer experience. - Coordinare programmi di Supplier Quality Improvement, monitorando le prestazioni dei fornitori, le corrective actions e la riduzione delle non conformità. - Guidare audit interni ed esterni, garantendo l'efficacia del Quality Management System e l'implementazione tempestiva delle azioni correttive. Il/la Candidato/a ideale per il ruolo di Senior Manager Quality è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: - Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Gestionale, Industriale o discipline affini. - Esperienza consolidata di almeno 8 anni in ambito Quality all'interno di contesti manifatturieri complessi. - Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella gestione e sviluppo di team strutturati. - Solida conoscenza dei sistemi di gestione qualità, con particolare riferimento a ISO 9001, Supplier Quality e Field Quality. - Esperienza nell'implementazione di metodologie APQP e nell'introduzione di processi di qualità avanzati. - Familiarità con contesti industriali quali automotive, agricultural/off-road machinery o altri settori a elevata complessità produttiva. - Capacità di analizzare KPI, definire piani di miglioramento e guidare progetti cross-functional ad alto impatto sul business. - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, necessaria per operare in un contesto internazionale e interfacciarsi con stakeholder globali.
