Responsabilità Principali attività e responsabilità: - Gestione di programmi di media e alta complessità in ambito nazionale e internazionale, finalizzati allo sviluppo, realizzazione, integrazione, validazione e qualificazione di sistemi destinati a operare nell'ambito di Missioni Spaziali. - Conoscenza degli elementi del Ground Segment e delle relative funzionalità necessarie alla realizzazione e gestione di programmi per Missioni Spaziali. - Pianificazione e monitoraggio dell'avanzamento delle attività attraverso gli strumenti aziendali, assicurando il rispetto delle milestone, dei costi previsti e degli obiettivi di ricavo. - Predisposizione e gestione del conto economico di Programma , con particolare riferimento all'andamento di ricavi, costi e margine. - Supporto attivo alle fasi di business winning e monitoraggio dell'avanzamento dei programmi durante le fasi di business execution . - Interfaccia con gli stakeholder delle diverse funzioni aziendali e collaborazione con i responsabili di linea per l'individuazione e l'attuazione di eventuali azioni correttive. - Partecipazione ai bid team per l'elaborazione delle principali offerte commerciali. - Contribuire al successo complessivo del programma, assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di progetto e la soddisfazione del Cliente. Profilo Competenze e requisiti: - Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria , preferibilmente Aerospaziale, Informatica o Elettronica. - 3?6 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Program Manager o in ruoli analoghi di gestione di programmi/progetti complessi. - Esperienza nella gestione economico-finanziaria di programmi, con conoscenza di ricavi, costi e marginalità . - Capacità di gestione e risoluzione di problematiche di natura economica, tecnica, logistica e organizzativa. - Conoscenza di base delle attività tecniche e dei principali elementi che caratterizzano programmi e sistemi per Missioni Spaziali e Ground Segment . - Conoscenza delle metodologie e degli standard di Project/Program Management , preferibilmente in ambito ECSS . - Conoscenza degli strumenti e delle principali metodologie utilizzate per la progettazione, realizzazione, integrazione, validazione e test di sistemi destinati a Missioni Spaziali. - Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici e gestionali, in particolare MS Project, SAP e Microsoft Office . - Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese , sia scritta che parlata. Responsabilità Cerchiamo il riferimento architetturale della Business Unit Software, che si occuperà di progettare l'architettura dei prodotti e dei progetti per i clienti e fare da guida tecnica ai team di sviluppo, lavorando a stretto contatto con Program Manager e Project manager. In particolare si occuperà di: • Definire e far evolvere l'architettura dei prodotti proprietari, con attenzione a scalabilità, alta affidabilità, sicurezza e manutenibilità; • Progettare l'architettura delle soluzioni per i progetti su commessa: analisi dei requisiti non funzionali, scelta delle tecnologie, documentazione architetturale; • Progettare le integrazioni delle soluzioni con i sistemi dei clienti e di terze parti; • Proporre e diffondere standard di sviluppo, pattern architetturali e best practice, anche attraverso design review e code review sui componenti critici; • Fornire guida tecnica e supporto ai team di sviluppo interni e, dove necessario, ai fornitori esterni; • Supportare i Program Manager e l'area commerciale nelle proposte tecniche per gare e offerte: architettura della soluzione, stime di effort, valutazione dei rischi tecnici; • Valutare nuove tecnologie e contribuire all'evoluzione tecnologica della BU. Profilo • Almeno 6 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software, in ruoli come Architect o Tech Lead; • Solida esperienza nell'ecosistema .NET / C# o Java, in generale nella progettazione di applicazioni enterprise; • Esperienza nella progettazione di architetture distribuite: microservizi, caching, messaging (es. RabbitMQ, Kafka o equivalenti), database relazionali; • Esperienza nella progettazione di integrazioni tramite API (REST/SOAP) e pattern eventdriven; • Familiarità con container e orchestrazione (Docker, Kubernetes) e con pratiche CI/CD; • Capacità di produrre documentazione architetturale chiara e di spiegare le scelte tecniche a interlocutori tecnici e non tecnici.
