| Il/la candidato/a ideale avrà le seguenti principali responsabilità: - Definire i piani commerciali cross-channel per le categorie e i marchi di competenza, traducendoli in linee guida operative per il team Sales (distribuzione, assortimento, prezzi, promozioni, scontistica, esposizione e merchandising). - Definire le priorità di assortimento per brand e canale e sviluppare progetti di categoria specifici per ciascun canale. - Guidare il contributo commerciale per i brand esistenti e per i nuovi lanci di prodotto nei processi di stage-gate e budgeting, fornendo insight su clienti, categorie e shopper all'interno dei piani di marca - Gestire la definizione delle priorità commerciali, coordinando le attività commerciali e definendo report di monitoraggio e avanzamento. - Monitorare i principali indicatori di vendita (sell-in, sell-out e quote di mercato) per le categorie di competenza, nonché analizzare il ritorno sugli investimenti (ROI) delle attività implementate. - Coordinare i materiali POP (Point of Purchase) per i brand assegnati.
