Responsabilità - Sviluppare e consolidare una rete di relazioni e partnership sul territorio (architetti, studi di progettazione, contract, rivenditori e partner di settore) al fine di intercettare nuove opportunità di business. - Curare le relazioni con clienti attivi e prospect, promuovendo la vendita di progetti SPA, attrezzature, servizi post-vendita e soluzioni aziendali. - Gestire in autonomia l'intero processo di vendita, dall'analisi delle esigenze del cliente alla negoziazione, chiusura della trattativa e gestione delle attività amministrative correlate. - Costruire e consolidare relazioni di lungo periodo con clienti, partner e stakeholder strategici. - Collaborare con i team tecnici e progettuali per la definizione e lo sviluppo di soluzioni personalizzate ad alto valore aggiunto. - Interfacciarsi con decision maker di alto livello, tra cui General Manager, Property Owner, investitori e studi di progettazione. - Analizzare il mercato e il territorio di riferimento, monitorando trend, competitor e opportunità di sviluppo. - Individuare e implementare azioni mirate all'ampliamento e alla valorizzazione del portafoglio clienti. - Gestire la contrattualistica commerciale con il supporto delle funzioni aziendali competenti. - Predisporre report periodici relativi alle attività commerciali, alle opportunità sviluppate e ai risultati dell'area di competenza. - Rappresentare l'azienda durante eventi, fiere di settore e incontri con clienti e partner. Profilo - Esperienza consolidata in ruoli commerciali B2B e vendita consulenziale. - Provenienza preferenziale dai settori hospitality, contract, design, wellness o servizi ad alto valore aggiunto. - Esperienza nella gestione di trattative complesse e cicli di vendita medio-lunghi. - Forte capacità di sviluppare relazioni professionali e creare nuove opportunità commerciali. - Attitudine imprenditoriale, orientamento ai risultati e autonomia organizzativa. - Disponibilità a frequenti spostamenti sul territorio Lazio e Umbria. - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Responsabilità Per la Funzione Sales PAC stiamo individuando un/a Area Manager PAC che ricoprirà un ruolo di primo piano all'interno della struttura commerciale ? guidando l'intero processo di vendita di servizi e soluzioni ad elevato contenuto tecnologico in ambito Cloud per Clienti appartenenti alla Pubblica Amministrazione Centrale. Il/la candidato/a parteciperà alle seguenti attività: · Garantire lo sviluppo del portafoglio di competenza e dei Clienti prospect; · Assicurare l'analisi del business system del Cliente per evidenziare sia le esigenze esplicite sia quelle inespresse; · Agire in qualità di un Business Partner, proponendo soluzioni integrate in ottica di sviluppo del valore del business del Cliente; · Assicurare la massimizzazione della marginalità dell'offerta anche proponendo al cliente l'adozione di «soluzioni a listino»; · Garantire il presidio e lo sviluppo del cliente lungo tutto il suo ciclo di vita garantendone soddisfazione e loyalty; · Assicurare la gestione della trattativa commerciale e i correlati aspetti normativo-contrattualistici; · Garantire un punto di interfaccia dell'azienda nei confronti del Cliente e l'attivazione di tutte le Funzioni aziendali coinvolte nei processi di presidio dello stesso (progettazione, delivery, fatturazione, caring commerciale e tecnico); · Assicurare il monitoraggio degli avanzamenti gestionali ed economici del portafoglio assegnato; · Garantire la gestione delle attività di sensibilizzazione nei confronti dei Clienti finalizzate alle azioni di recupero crediti; · Assicurare la raccolta dei feedback della clientela e la trasmissione al marketing allo scopo di migliorare l'offerta. Profilo Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede: · Titolo di studio: Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale/Telecomunicazioni/Informatica. · Esperienza consolidata di almeno 10 anni nel ruolo di Sales Account o ruoli commerciali affini, maturata preferibilmente in società private di medie, grandi dimensioni in ambito IT e/o Telco; · Conoscenza del mercato Pubblica Amministrazione Centrale; · Conoscenza delle soluzioni Cloud e dei modelli di servizio (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
