Responsibilities - Gestire l'intero ciclo di vendita di soluzioni di automazione speciale, robotica e sistemi di visione 2D/3D, dalla generazione dell'opportunità alla chiusura del contratto, con focus su clienti End User industriali. - Sviluppare progetti custom di automazione industriale complessa, definendo insieme al team tecnico le soluzioni più idonee (macchina singola da inserire in un sistema più ampio oppure intere linee automatizzate). - Condurre attività di farming sul parco clienti esistente e di hunting per l'acquisizione di nuovi clienti e l'apertura di nuovi mercati, con particolare attenzione allo sviluppo del mercato estero. - Collaborare con il team tecnico, prevalentemente composto da profili tecnici non commerciali, garantendo un raccordo efficace tra requisiti del cliente, progettazione e realizzazione dell'impianto. - Definire il posizionamento commerciale nei mercati e nei settori target Your Profile - Solida esperienza tecnica di base in automazione speciale e automazione industriale complessa, con familiarità con robotica, sistemi di visione 2D/3D e integrazione di sistemi. - Esperienza commerciale significativa nella vendita di macchinari speciali one-off, linee di automazione su misura o progetti custom di automazione industriale complessa. - Provenienza preferenziale da realtà di system integrator o da aziende di automazione speciale - Esperienza comprovata nella vendita diretta a clienti End User industriali, idealmente con esposizione a grandi gruppi o enti. - Abitudine a gestire sia attività di farming (sviluppo e fidelizzazione dei clienti esistenti) sia di hunting (ricerca e acquisizione di nuovi clienti e nuove opportunità). - Elevata autonomia nel metodo di lavoro e nella gestione delle attività quotidiane. - Attitudine al business development e allo sviluppo del mercato estero, con capacità di interfacciarsi con interlocutori internazionali. - Ottimo inglese per la gestione di trattative, presentazioni tecnico-commerciali e relazioni continuative con clienti e partner esteri.
