Filiale di Bergamo ? ricerca per azienda cliente operante nel settore di produzione di macchine da taglio di tessuti un/una  TECNICO/A TRASFERTISTA La risorsa, inserita all'interno del team tecnico, si occuperà principalmente di installazione, avviamento, assistenza e manutenzione delle macchine presso i clienti, sia in Italia che all'estero. La posizione prevede un'importante componente di trasferte, con la possibilità di lavorare in autonomia direttamente presso il cliente. CONTRATTO Inserimento diretto in azienda e percorso di formazione iniziale sulle macchine e sul software aziendale, con affiancamento da parte del personale tecnico. Retribuzione di riferimento: RAL 35-40K, con possibilità di valutare una maggiore flessibilità in funzione dell'esperienza e delle competenze effettivamente maturate dal candidato. La retribuzione effettiva potrà inoltre beneficiare delle ore di straordinario maturate durante le trasferte. Orario di lavoro: full time a giornata, 8-17. Sede di lavoro: ZANICA (BG) Trasferte: Italia ed estero. Requisiti REQUISITI  Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede una solida preparazione tecnica, preferibilmente di tipo meccanico o elettromeccanico, ed è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: * buona conoscenza della meccanica, con particolare riferimento al montaggio e all'installazione di macchinari; * conoscenze elettriche di base, utili per attività di diagnosi e intervento; * buona manualità e capacità di individuazione e risoluzione delle problematiche tecniche; * predisposizione al lavoro in autonomia presso il cliente; * disponibilità a effettuare trasferte frequenti in Italia e all'estero; * capacità di apprendimento e predisposizione alla formazione tecnica. Costituisce requisito preferenziale, ma non indispensabile, aver maturato esperienza su macchinari uguali o similari a quelli prodotti dall'azienda nel settore tessile. Trattandosi di un settore altamente specifico, l'azienda prevede infatti un percorso di formazione interna, con affiancamento iniziale, finalizzato all'apprendimento delle caratteristiche delle macchine e del relativo software. Saranno pertanto valutati anche candidati con esperienza maturata su macchinari differenti, purché in possesso di una buona base tecnica e di una concreta predisposizione all'apprendimento. Trasferte La mansione prevede trasferte con la seguente organizzazione indicativa: * normalmente trasferte di 1, 2 o 3 giorni durante la settimana, in Italia o all'estero; * indicativamente una volta al mese, possibilità di effettuare trasferte più lunghe della durata di circa 5-8 giorni; * generalmente le trasferte più lunghe non superano i 7-8 giorni consecutivi; * solo occasionalmente possono essere richieste trasferte di circa 10 giorni.
