Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Director of Groups & MICE is responsible for managing and driving the hotel's business related to group bookings, meetings, incentives, conferences, and events. What you'll do - Serve food and beverage items to guests. - Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations. - Support the team to ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period. - Prepare and restock outlet inventory. - Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies. - Inspect the cleanliness and presentation all china, glass, and silver prior to use. - Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines. - Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. - Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies. What you'll need: - Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry. - A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude. - At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English. - A safety-first approach. - Positive outlook and dependability. - Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
