Set up accurate accounts for each guest checking in according to their requirements (i.e., sharewith, separate room/tax/incidentals, comp). d)Asign guestroom. e)Advice guest of any messages, mail, faxes, etc, received for them. f)Communicate services and amenities included in packages to guests on packages. g)Obtain proper identification for tax exempt guests and attach form to registration card. h)Obtain guest signature for designated paperwork. i)Obtain Guest Relations to escort guest. 12.File all relevant guest paperwork in the bucket or trace files as mandated by departmental processes. 13. Issue Safety deposit boxes to guests and ensure security of keys. 14. Answer all incoming calls within 3 rings and with a smile, using correct salutations and telephone etiquette: a)Take, record, and relay messages accurately, completely and legibly.
