Competenze Tecniche (Hard Skills) Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica o Diploma in ambito elettrico Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo di Project Manager all'interno di aziende specializzate nella progettazione e realizzazione di impianti elettrici industriali. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta sia parlata. Spiccate capacità di leadership, gestione del team e abilità negoziali. Eccellenti competenze organizzative e forte orientamento al problem solving. Solida padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office e conoscenza di Microsoft Project o di strumenti analoghi per la gestione dei progetti.
