La risorsa contribuirà all'implementazione della strategia social, occupandosi della creazione di contenuti coinvolgenti, della gestione delle community e dell'analisi delle performance, con l'obiettivo di rafforzare la brand awareness e l'engagement. Principali responsabilità - Gestire i profili social aziendali (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok e LinkedIn), assicurando una pubblicazione costante e strategica dei contenuti. - Ideare, creare e adattare contenuti testuali e visivi coerenti con il posizionamento e l'identità del brand. - Supportare la definizione del piano editoriale e la gestione del calendario dei contenuti. - Monitorare le performance dei canali social attraverso l'analisi di KPI, metriche ed engagement, predisponendo report periodici. - Gestire l'interazione con la community, rispondendo a commenti e messaggi nel rispetto del tono aziendale. - Collaborare con il team Marketing nella realizzazione di campagne promozionali, lanci di prodotto e iniziative speciali. - Supportare il/la PR Manager nella definizione e nell'implementazione delle attività di influencer marketing. - Mantenersi costantemente aggiornato/a sulle tendenze del settore, proponendo idee innovative e opportunità di crescita per il brand. - Laurea o diploma in Marketing, Comunicazione, Digital Media o simili. - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, - Buona conoscenza dei principali social media e delle migliori practice. - Capacità di scrittura creativa e storytelling digitale. - Conoscenza base di strumenti di grafica (Canva, Photoshop) e editing video. - Precisione, autonomia, capacità organizzativa e attitudine al lavoro di squadra. - Creatività, proattività, capacità di problem solving, spirito collaborativo e attenzione ai dettagli.
