What You'll Do - Handle incoming requests and leads quickly to deliver competitive, winning offers. - Build lasting relationships with business, education, and leisure partners to drive repeat bookings. - Draft and process rate agreements, proposals, and contracts with sharp accuracy. - Keep partner data clean and current in Salesforce and internal systems. - Team up with Revenue, Reservations, and Community crews to align on rates and guest perks. - Check in regularly with key accounts to spot renewal and upselling opportunities. - Keep an eye on local market rates to keep our offers attractive and smart. - Join in on local community events to keep our partner network thriving. What You'll Have - You bring 2 to 4 years of operational sales experience within Meeting & Events or a Hotel setting under your belt. - You hold a post-secondary degree. - You have solid experience managing partner relationships and spotting upselling opportunities. - You bring strong organizational skills and top-tier attention to detail for handling contracts and rates. - You have hands-on experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. - You bring excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset.
