| La posizione Per le nostre strutture di Roma ricerchiamo un Front Office Manager, riferimento per l'organizzazione e il coordinamento del dipartimento Front Office. La figura assicura il corretto svolgimento delle attività di Front Office e Back Office, la qualità dell'accoglienza e il rispetto delle procedure aziendali, in costante collaborazione con la Direzione e le funzioni centrali coinvolte. Il ruolo prevede la gestione del team, il controllo delle attività amministrative di reparto e il coordinamento operativo dei gruppi e degli eventi, secondo l'organizzazione della struttura. Di cosa ti occuperai - Coordinare e supervisionare il team Front Office, organizzando turni e coperture operative, curando la formazione delle nuove risorse e monitorando le performance del reparto; - Supervisionare le fasi di check-in, soggiorno e check-out, assicurando attenzione agli ospiti VIP, alle richieste speciali e alla risoluzione delle eventuali criticità; - Garantire la corretta gestione del PMS, verificando prenotazioni, profili, tariffe, disponibilità e stato delle camere, oltre alla completezza delle informazioni operative; - Coordinare l'operatività dei gruppi, controllando room block, rooming list, assegnazioni delle camere, istruzioni di addebito e conti di gruppo, dall'arrivo alla partenza; - Inserire e aggiornare nel PMS le opzioni relative a gruppi ed eventi e le successive modifiche, in coordinamento con Sales & Events; - Prendere in carico le pratiche di gruppi ed eventi dopo la firma del contratto e il pagamento della prima caparra, curando il monitoraggio dei pagamenti successivi, la gestione operativa e la fatturazione; - Predisporre e diramare gli ordini di servizio giornalieri e settimanali, verificando allestimenti e servizi e coordinando Housekeeping, Manutenzione e Food & Beverage per il corretto svolgimento degli eventi; - Supervisionare la gestione di cassa, depositi, acconti, saldi e fatturazione, verificando la correttezza degli addebiti e delle istruzioni amministrative; - Controllare le attività di Night Audit e le procedure di chiusura giornaliera; - Verificare le commissioni dovute ad agenzie, OTA e altri partner, collaborando con Amministrazione e Finance per quadrature, riconciliazioni e gestione delle anomalie; - Supervisionare inventari, materiali e servizi esterni del reparto, inclusi lavanderia e distributori automatici, controllando consumi, forniture, incassi e necessità di riordino; - Mantenere un coordinamento costante con Housekeeping, Sales & Events, Food & Beverage, Manutenzione e Security per garantire continuità operativa e corretta gestione delle esigenze degli ospiti; - Curare la documentazione del reparto e predisporre la reportistica per la Direzione, condividendo risultati, criticità e necessità di intervento.
