IL/la Plant Controller riporterà al Direttore Finanziario e si interfaccerà con stakeholder interni ed esterni. Avrà un ruolo strategico nel miglioramento dei processi e monitoraggio dei KPIs industriali per 3 plant. - Supportare il processo di chiusura gestionale mensile, incluse le analisi per stabilimento, centro di costo, linea produttiva e categoria di prodotto; - Monitorare e analizzare le performance industriali dei diversi stabilimenti,identificando i principali driver degli scostamenti e le inefficienze operative; - Supervisionare la valorizzazione delle scorte, i movimenti di magazzino, le metodologie di valorizzazione del magazzino e le relative attività di controlling; - Effettuare analisi economico-finanziarie relative a scostamenti di produzione,sprechi, rese, perdite di processo, costo del lavoro, assorbimento dei costi indiretti e utilizzo della capacità produttiva; - Sviluppare, mantenere e armonizzare KPI industriali e dashboard di reporting tra i diversi stabilimenti; - Predisporre la reportistica gestionale e di stabilimento destinata al management operativo e al Senior Management; - Coordinare le attività di budgeting e forecasting relative alle aree industriali di competenza; - Supportare le attività di product costing, incluse la definizione dei costi standard,l'aggiornamento dei costi e l'analisi degli scostamenti; - Supportare la migrazione al nuovo sistema ERP JDE, contribuendo inoltre all'implementazione di una nuova metodologia di product costing; - Collaborare con Operations, Supply Chain e Plant Management per identificare le aree critiche, proporre azioni correttive e supportare iniziative di miglioramento continuo;Predisporre analisi ad hoc a supporto delle decisioni strategiche e operative, inclusi progetti di efficientamento, valutazioni CAPEX e iniziative finalizzate al miglioramento della redditività. Cerchiamo una persona che abbia: - Laurea in discipline economiche o ing.gestionale; - Almeno 7 anni di esperienza nel controllo di gestione industriale/plant controller, preferibilmente maturata all'interno di organizzazioni produttive complesse; - La precedente esperienza nel settore FMCG o alimentare costituisce un importante elemento preferenziale, così come l'aver già collaborato con fondi di PE; - Solida conoscenza del product costing, delle metodologie di standard costing e dell'analisi degli scostamenti industriali; - Comprovata esperienza nell'utilizzo di sistemi ERP; la conoscenza di JDE costituisce un importante plus; - Conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint; - L'esperienza nell'utilizzo di strumenti di Business Intelligence, preferibilmente Microsoft Power BI, sarà considerata un plus; - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; - Spiccate capacità analitiche e forte attenzione al dettaglio; - Approccio proattivo, dinamico e orientato alla soluzione. Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan is currently recruiting a Multi-Property Director of Sales.  Reporting to the Multi-Property General Manager, the Multi-Property Director of Sales is responsible for leading all sales and commercial activities for Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan and The Rome EDITION. This role provides strategic leadership across Sales, Groups & Events, and Reservations, driving revenue growth, market share, profitability, and customer loyalty. The position requires a highly commercial, results-driven leader who can develop and execute integrated sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and inspire high-performing teams across two luxury properties. SCOPE OF WORK  The Multi-Property Director of Sales is accountable for the overall commercial performance of both hotels by: - Achieving revenue, market share, booking pace, and profitability objectives. - Developing and executing integrated sales, distribution, and commercial strategies aligned with Marriott International and brand priorities. - Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, ownership, business partners, and Marriott stakeholders. - Maximizing hotel visibility and market positioning through strategic account management and business development initiatives. - Driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value through exceptional commercial leadership. - Leading, developing, and inspiring Sales, Groups & Events, and Reservations teams across both properties. - Ensuring commercial discipline, financial stewardship, and compliance with Marriott standards, policies, and procedures. In quanto Director of Sales & Marketing guiderai la strategia di vendita dell'Hotel, attraverso la gestione dei clienti (account management), il posizionamento del brand e la presenza sul mercato. Lavorerai in stretta collaborazione con i team proactive per supportare ogni fase del "ciclo di vita delle richieste" (enquiry life cycle), se e quando richiesto.
