Per nostro cliente, primaria realtà internazionale attiva nel settore Real Estate, ricerchiamo la figura di: SENIOR COST CONTROLLER - REAL ESTATE La risorsa, a diretto riporto del CFO Italy, entrerà a far parte di una struttura in fase di crescita e avrà un ruolo chiave nel supportare il business, garantendo il monitoraggio economico-finanziario delle iniziative, la qualità dei dati e la corretta reportistica a supporto del management. Responsibilities La figura sarà responsabile per le seguenti attività: - Monitoraggio e controllo dei budget di progetto , con particolare focus sull'analisi degli scostamenti tra dati actual e forecast; - Analisi e monitoraggio dei costi di progetto , dei CAPEX e dello stato di avanzamento delle attività; - Predisposizione di reportistica periodica , dashboard gestionali e analisi economico-finanziarie a supporto del management; - Monitoraggio dei costi per fornitore , verifica dell'avanzamento delle attività e supporto alle funzioni operative nella gestione economica dei progetti; - Supporto ai processi di business planning, budgeting e forecasting ; - Interfaccia con consulenti esterni , valutatori indipendenti e stakeholder coinvolti nei processi di analisi e valorizzazione degli investimenti; - Analisi della documentazione contrattuale e supporto al CFO nella ricostruzione di dati e flussi informativi; - Contributo all' implementazione di nuovi processi di controllo , reporting e sistemi gestionali. Your Profile - Esperienza di 5-8 anni maturata in ruoli di Cost Controller, Project Controller, Investment Controller o Financial Controller all'interno di realtà attive in ambito Real Estate (SGR immobiliari, fondi immobiliari, società di sviluppo immobiliare o società di revisione specializzate nel settore); - Solida conoscenza delle dinamiche di controllo costi, budgeting, forecasting, business planning e reporting; - Ottima conoscenza di Excel e familiarità con sistemi ERP e strumenti di reporting; - Inglese fluente, sia scritto che parlato; - Forte senso di ownership, autonomia operativa, precisione e capacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici e in evoluzione. Determines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan.   CANDIDATE PROFILE    Education and Experience • High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area. OR • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.   CORE WORK ACTIVITIES   Managing Day-to-Day Operations • Supervises and manages employees.
