| In qualità di Chef de Partie, supervisionerai una sezione della cucina e supporterai l'Executive e il Sous Chef dell'hotel. Dovrai garantire i più alti standard e una qualità costante nelle preparazioni giornaliere e tenerti aggiornato sui nuovi prodotti, sulle ricette, sulle tecniche di preparazione, nonché tenere d'occhio il food cost.
