ABOUT THE JOB Under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager, your main responsibilities will include: Operational management - Oversee operations of the restaurant, ensuring the smooth running of the venue. - Ensure consistent, high-quality food and beverages are served to customers. - Create a welcoming environment for customers and drive a guest focus culture. - Handle and provide adequate solution to customer complaints. - Report customer feedback to the Restaurant Manager. - Propose rapid and well-thought-out solutions in the event of unforeseen circumstances. - Oversee the cleanliness of the venue and pay attention to possible health hazards and regulation violations. - Ensure all Health & Safety legal requirements are up to date. Team Management - Train and supervise the restaurant team, encouraging upselling. - Support the Restaurant Manager's training plan for the restaurant team, encouraging their career development within the company. - Create a positive work environment, ensuring a high employee engagement and optimising the employee retention. - Report staff complaints to the Restaurant Manager. Administrative and Financial Management - Monitor key activity indicators and take corrective actions where necessary. - Monitor and maintain a consistent payroll. - Ensure the maintenance of staff records and the monitoring of hours worked. - Carry out the inventory on a regular basis. - Carry out regular reporting on activities. - Participate in the management of orders and purchases. | In qualità di Chef de Partie, supervisionerai una sezione della cucina e supporterai l'Executive e il Sous Chef dell'hotel. Dovrai garantire i più alti standard e una qualità costante nelle preparazioni giornaliere e tenerti aggiornato sui nuovi prodotti, sulle ricette, sulle tecniche di preparazione, nonché tenere d'occhio il food cost. Cosa dovrai fare? - Pianificare, programmare e organizzare il lavoro per garantire un'adeguata copertura da parte del personale di cucina. - Preparare, cucinare e presentare piatti di alta qualità secondo le ricette/menù nel rispetto degli standard aziendali. - Supportare e supervisionare i cuochi assegnati nei vari aspetti della preparazione degli alimenti, quando necessario. - Supervisionare la qualità, la presentazione e la quantità degli alimenti preparati. - Supervisionare il controllo della corretta conservazione dei prodotti. - Supervisionare il ricevimento degli articoli e controllare l'inventario come richiesto. - Supervisionare e mantenere un'area di lavoro pulita, ordinata e ben organizzata. - Garantire il rispetto di tutte le norme sanitarie e di tutte le linee guida del servizio clienti (HAPPC). - Stabilire, insieme al proprio supervisore, le linee guida ottimali per il funzionamento del punto vendita. Cosa stiamo cercando? - Almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza pratica come cuoco, preferibilmente in un hotel di dimensioni e complessità simili. - Formazione professionale in materia di ospitalità/F&B/cucina. - La conoscenza della lingua locale è indispensabile e la conoscenza dell'inglese è di grande valore. - Conoscenza di vari programmi informatici (Microsoft Office, POS, ecc.). - Capacità organizzative. - Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione. - Attenzione ai dettagli. - Capacità di lavorare da soli e come parte di un team. - Orientamento al servizio al cliente.
