Reporting to the Multi-Property General Manager, the Multi-Property Director of Sales is responsible for leading all sales and commercial activities for Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan and The Rome EDITION. This role provides strategic leadership across Sales, Groups & Events, and Reservations, driving revenue growth, market share, profitability, and customer loyalty. The position requires a highly commercial, results-driven leader who can develop and execute integrated sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and inspire high-performing teams across two luxury properties.
