About the role The Four Seasons Hotel Firenze seeks a talented Manager in Training for our P&C department. As a Manager in Training (MIT) ? People & Culture, you will work alongside the People & Culture team, gaining exposure to all P&C aspects while contributing to an exceptional employee experience. This 18-month development program is designed for a people-oriented individual with strong business acumen who is eager to make an impact, grow as a leader and build a successful career within Four Seasons. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure, you will develop the skills and confidence needed to become a future leader within the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for creating personalized and memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring every stay reflects the exceptional standards of luxury, care, and hospitality that define the Four Seasons brand. This position is offered as a full-time maternity cover contract for a minimum of 12 months.
