Responsabilità La risorsa, in collaborazione con la Direzione Tecnica e i responsabili di commessa, si occuperà di: - Gestire lo sviluppo tecnico ed esecutivo dei progetti assegnati. - Coordinare progettisti esterni e fornitori, garantendo la coerenza tra concept, progettazione e produzione. - Definire specifiche tecniche, materiali e finiture in collaborazione con designer e clienti. - Monitorare l'avanzamento delle lavorazioni e la conformità alle specifiche progettuali. - Interfacciarsi con la committenza per gli aspetti tecnici della commessa e la gestione delle eventuali criticità. - Effettuare sopralluoghi e verifiche in cantiere durante le fasi di rilievo e installazione. - Supportare la gestione di varianti e modifiche progettuali nel corso della commessa. Profilo Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti (inserire hard skills): - Diploma tecnico o Laurea in Architettura, Ingegneria, Interior Design o discipline affini. - Esperienza in ruoli di Project Manager, Contract Project Manager o Coordinatore Tecnico nel settore arredo contract, hospitality, retail, residenziale di lusso o navale. - Ottima capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico e gestione della documentazione esecutiva. - Conoscenza dei principali materiali e processi produttivi dell'arredo su misura. - Esperienza nella gestione di fornitori, produzione e attività di cantiere. - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
