For an important Life Science company we are looking for a: CLINICAL CONSULTANT Responsibilities The candidate will be directly responsible for: - Leads defined workstreams within clinical digital transformation projects, taking ownership of deliverables from planning through to completion. - Gathers and analyses client requirements, translating them into practical solutions for clinical systems (eTMF, CTMS, SCE, EDC). - Leads change management and hypercare activities for implemented systems, escalating only where client-level decisions are required. - Identifies and proposes process and methodology improvements based on direct client and project experience. - Manages day-to-day client relationships for assigned workstreams, resolving routine issues without escalation. - Defines and tracks project KPIs for owned workstreams, reporting progress to the Project Lead. - Guides and reviews the work of Analysts assigned to the same project - Runs client and stakeholder meetings directly, driving agendas and decisions rather than only recording them. Responsibilities The candidate will be highly skilled advanced Robotics Engineer to join our innovative team. We are seeking a skilled Robotics Engineer to design, implement, and optimize automated systems, including ARVs, robotics, and overhead transport, in a microelectronics manufacturing environment. The role ensures compliance with SEMI standards and involves collaboration with production, logistics, and maintenance teams to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced robotic systems into dark factory / zones. Your Profile The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Program Support: Support the ST Malta Sites dark lines / factory automation program, from substrate to final test. - Design and Development: Develop and optimize advanced robotic systems, including hardware and software components. - Design and implement algorithms for motion control, perception, and decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sensors, actuators, and control systems. - Support AMHS operations including maintenance of automation equipment. - Develop and implement automated systems (ARVs, robotics, overhead transport). Path routing, material handling, optimization, etc. - Ensure compliance with SEMI standards and implement safety protocols. - Testing, Validation and Release to Production: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of robotic systems to ensure performance, reliability, and safety. - Perform SECS/GEM Characterizations for equipment. - Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, implementing solutions to improve functionality. - Execute the deployment of advanced robotics into deployment for dark room / zones. - Research and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in advanced robotics and artificial intelligence. - Contribute to research initiatives and propose innovative solutions to enhance robotic capabilities. - Documentation and Reporting: - Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals. - Present findings and project updates to stakeholders and team member The ideal candidate shall: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in robotics engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering, computer science, or a related field. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB®. - Experience with robotic frameworks such as ROS (Robot Operating System). - Knowledge of Semiconductor manufacturing frontend / EWS / backend - Strong knowledge of kinematics, dynamics, and control systems. - Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and embedded systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong communication skills and ability to document technical processes effectively. Skills: - Proficiency in Project Management and Vendor Management. - Strong Business Communication skills. Technical Knowledge: - Experience in advanced robot design and development. - Knowledge of machine learning and computer vision techniques. - Familiarity with hardware design and prototyping. - Experience with simulation tools and environments for robotics is highly valued. - Understanding of digital twin technology : a comprehensive knowledge of digital twin concepts, including their architecture, components, and applications, is crucial. This includes familiarity with simulation, modeling, and real-time data integration. - Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML): a strong foundation in AI and ML is necessary to develop intelligent and adaptive digital twin systems. This includes experience with neural network models and generative AI. - Programming and simulation skills: proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar, as well as experience with simulation tools, is required to design and test digital twin models effectively. - Collaboration and interdisciplinary knowledge: the ability to work collaboratively with teams from various disciplines, such as mechanical engineering, software development, and data science, is critical for the successful implementation of digital twin technology. The expected salary range for this position is between € 40,000 and €48,000 gross per year, depending on experience and the level of seniority within the organization.
