About the role Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for a passionate Commis de Partie to join our culinary team. In this role, you will help create exceptional dining experiences by preparing high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while upholding the highest standards of excellence that define Four Seasons. What you will do - Prepare and present high-quality food items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner according to recipes and standards. - Set up and maintain assigned kitchen stations, ensuring readiness for service. - Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. - Monitor food quality, stock levels, and proper storage procedures, including rotation and labeling. - Minimize food waste and support cost-control initiatives. - Assist with food preparation, kitchen setup, and cleaning activities across different kitchen areas as needed. What you bring - Previous culinary experience or experience in a similar role - Good knowledge of kitchen equipment operation, maintenance, and cleaning procedures. - Proficient knife skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. - Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken. In this role, you will help deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring guest rooms meet the highest Four Seasons standards through quality inspections and daily team supervision.
