Per le sedi di Milano e Como, stiamo cercando un/a STORE MANAGER SENIOR (Fashion Luxury Retail) da inserire nei punti vendita Boutique nei due centri città di forte passaggio. PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA' - Applicazione degli standard: monitoraggio e assicurazione che il negozio sia costantemente mantenuto a standard elevati, assumendosi la responsabilità degli standard visivi, dell'ordine e della pulizia. - Procedure di apertura e chiusura dello Store/Boutique. - Creazione e allocazione dei turni: responsabile della pianificazione, creazione e pubblicazione dei turni mensili del personale in linea con le esigenze operative, le ore di punta e i vincoli di budget. - Leadership di Team: assegnare compiti quotidiani e responsabilità a lungo termine tra i membri del team (gestione magazzino, organizzazione prodotto, VM) per garantire l'efficienza ottimale del negozio e favorire le prestazioni del team. - Performance Driving: guidare, formare e guidare il team nell'intero percorso del cliente per aumentare i tassi di conversione, il Valore Medio del Basket (ATV) e gli obiettivi di vendita complessivi. - Controllo dell'inventario, analisi e gestione del magazzino: responsabile della supervisione dell'accuratezza dell'inventario del negozio, incluse consegne in arrivo, trasferimenti di scorte e organizzazione del magazzino al livello +1, in conformità con le procedure aziendali. - Gestione del casso e procedure finanziarie: responsabilità finanziaria: Responsabile della supervisione della gestione del contante, della gestione sicura e della riconciliazione finanziaria quotidiana all'interno del negozio, in conformità con le procedure aziendali. - KPI e Obiettivi di Vendita Raggiungimento degli obiettivi: responsabile del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita nei negozi, favorire la conversione e monitorare gli indicatori chiave di performance (KPI). Revisione regolare degli obiettivi finanziari con il team. - Gestione del Visual Merchandising: responsabile dell'applicazione di elevati standard di visual merchandising nel negozio, assicurando che vetrine, scaffali, esposizioni e cassetti rispettino rigorosamente le linee guida aziendali. - Supervisione delle Operazioni di E-Commerce: supervisionare il processo di evasione del negozio per garantire che gli ordini online vengano elaborati in modo accurato e entro i tempi specificati. - Spedizione e Resi: gestione e risoluzione di resi, discrepanze o reclami dei clienti relativi agli ordini online. Competenze Tecniche (Hard Skills) - Diploma/Laurea. - MUST HAVE: ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. - Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza nei ruoli di gestione autonoma di boutique strutturate o flagship store. Abilità Personali (Soft Skills) - Leadership nella formazione del personale: favorire un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo, di supporto e positivo che motivi il team e ottimizzi l'esperienza del cliente. - Problem Solving. - Buone capacità comunicative. - Coordinamento Condizioni di contratto - Sede di lavoro: Milano centro e Como centro. - Orario di lavoro e work life balance: FULL TIME, 40 ore/sett, richiesta disponibilità nei week end a turnazione. - Tipologia contrattuale: CCNL Commercio, 2/3* Liv, range di Ral 28/35K Full Time, Bonus al raggiungimento obbiettivi KPI'S.
