QUALIFICHE ED ESPERIENZA - - Una precedente esperienza in caffetteria, bar, ristorante, hotel o in un ambiente analogo nel settore dell'ospitalità è preferibile. - Una precedente esperienza nella preparazione del caffè o nel servizio della prima colazione costituisce un vantaggio, ma non è richiesta un'esperienza significativa. - È preferibile una conoscenza di base della preparazione dell'espresso, della montatura del latte e delle principali preparazioni della caffetteria italiana. - Eventuali corsi di formazione come barista o qualifiche professionali nel settore dell'ospitalità costituiscono un plus. - Una precedente esperienza in hotel di lusso o ristoranti fine dining è apprezzata, ma non costituisce un requisito essenziale. - Interesse concreto nello sviluppare le proprie competenze professionali all'interno del reparto Food & Beverage di un hotel di lusso.
