Riportando al Direttore Operativo di Cluster e coordinando direttamente i Manager di reparto, sarà responsabile di: - Supervisionare l'operato quotidiano dei reparti Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B ed Eventi, Reservation e Maintenance garantendo la massima efficienza, l'attenzione al dettaglio e una costante elevata Guest Satisfaction. - Assicurare il pieno rispetto e l'applicazione degli standard, delle procedure e dell'utilizzo dei sistemi gestionali previsti dal gruppo HNH Hospitality e dal brand Hilton. - Contribuire alla stesura del budget, analizzare periodicamente forecast, P&L e KPI economici; monitorare il controllo dei costi e l'ottimizzazione dei ricavi per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di redditività e sostenibilità finanziaria. - Coordinare i capireparto definendo priorità e obiettivi; guidare, motivare e sviluppare le risorse con focus su retention, clima aziendale positivo e collaborazione interdipartimentale. - Gestire i rapporti istituzionali con enti locali, fornitori e associazioni del territorio. Chi stiamo cercando: Il/La candidat* ideale ha maturato almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, oppure una solida esperienza pregressa (almeno 3-5 anni) in ruoli di responsabilità quali Operations Manager, Room Division Manager o Deputy GM in strutture di catene internazionali. Gradita una precedente esperienza nella catena Hilton.
