Il DoubleTree by Hilton Roma Monti, sito nel cuore pulsante del Rione Monti e gestito dal gruppo HNH Hospitality, ricerca un* Hotel Manager.





L‘ Hotel Manager costituisce il punto di riferimento operativo che contribuisce agli obiettivi strategici della struttura.


L‘obiettivo principale sarà garantire l‘eccellenza e la qualità del servizio per cui il DoubleTree by Hilton Rome Monti è riconosciuto, assicurando la sostenibilità economica ed operativa della struttura.





Riportando al Direttore Operativo di Cluster e coordinando direttamente i Manager di reparto, sarà responsabile di:



  • Supervisionare l‘operato quotidiano dei reparti Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B ed Eventi, Reservation e Maintenance garantendo la massima efficienza, l‘attenzione al dettaglio e una costante elevata Guest Satisfaction.


  • Assicurare il pieno rispetto e l‘applicazione degli standard, delle procedure e dell‘utilizzo dei sistemi gestionali previsti dal gruppo HNH Hospitality e dal brand Hilton.


  • Contribuire alla stesura del budget, analizzare periodicamente forecast, P&L e KPI economici; monitorare il controllo dei costi e l‘ottimizzazione dei ricavi per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di redditività e sostenibilità finanziaria.


  • Coordinare i capireparto definendo priorità e obiettivi; guidare, motivare e sviluppare le risorse con focus su retention, clima aziendale positivo e collaborazione interdipartimentale.


  • Gestire i rapporti istituzionali con enti locali, fornitori e associazioni del territorio.







Chi stiamo cercando:


Il/La candidat* ideale ha maturato almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, oppure una solida esperienza pregressa (almeno 3-5 anni) in ruoli di responsabilità quali Operations Manager, Room Division Manager o Deputy GM in strutture di catene internazionali. Gradita una precedente esperienza nella catena Hilton.


Spiccata attitudine al lavoro per obiettivi, solida capacità di lettura ed analisi dei principali KPI di performance alberghiera come GOP, labor cost, RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, GSI, Reputation Score, Quality Assurance.


Capacità di guidare e motivare il team, usando un approccio trasparente e orientato al feedback continuo.


Capacità di gestire la complessità, ottimizzare la gestione dei costi senza scalfire la qualità del servizio offerto.


Immaginiamo un Hotel Manager che delega con fiducia e che si incontra più spesso in hall e nei reparti che dietro una scrivania.

GOVERNANTE/RESPONSABILE CAMERE

Humangest SpA, Agenzia per il lavoro - Filiale di Perugia, cerca per azienda cliente un/a Governante/Responsabile Camere, da inserire all'interno di un'importante struttura ricettiva.   La risorsa sarà responsabile del corretto coordinamento e dell'organizzazione delle attività relative alle camere e alle addette ai piani.   Principali responsabilità: - Coordinamento e supervisione delle addette ai piani; - Pianificazione degli orari e organizzazione dei turni; - Organizzazione giornaliera e settimanale del lavoro; - Controllo e verifica dello stato delle camere; - Assegnazione e gestione delle camere; - Segnalazione e gestione delle necessità relative alla manutenzione; - Gestione delle scorte e ordine dei prodotti necessari per le camere; - Collaborazione con gli altri reparti della struttura per garantire un servizio efficiente e puntuale.   Requisiti: - Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Governante, Vice Governante o Responsabile Camere; - Buone capacità organizzative e di coordinamento; - Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e senso di responsabilità; - Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e di gestire le priorità; - Buone doti relazionali e capacità di lavorare in squadra; - Costituisce titolo preferenziale la provenienza dal settore alberghiero.   Si offre: - Full-time; - Orario di lavoro 8-15; - CCNL Turismo.   Sede di lavoro: BASTIA UMBRA (PG) SGB Humangest offre ai lavoratori e lavoratrici pari opportunità di impiego ed è orientata verso la diversità e l'inclusione sul luogo di lavoro.
