You're the kind of person who loves being in the middle of the action, and that's exactly where this role lives. As our F&B Events Supervisor, you'll be the go-to during meetings and events, coordinating with the crew and making sure every setup, break and service moment runs on point. You'll work closely with the M&E Manager, help new team members find their rhythm, and keep daily operations running like a well-oiled machine.

What You'll Do
- Lead the front-of-house team during service and set a positive, upbeat tone
- Guide your crew on the floor, helping them solve small issues in the moment
- Support training and onboarding for new team members
- Keep daily operations smooth by checking setups, stock, cleanliness and safety
- Stay present on the floor, chat with guests and jump in where needed
- Handle transactions accurately and pass on any irregularities
- Share targets for the shift and motivate the team to reach them
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep service flowing
What You'll Have
- You have 1-2 years of experience in a senior waiter, barista or bartender role
- You bring confidence leading a team during service
- You communicate clearly and stay calm when things get busy
- You have an eye for detail and keep service consistent
- You bring genuine hospitality energy and enjoy being guest-facing
- You work well with different teams and lead by example
- You speak English and Italian, extra languages are a bonus

La risorsa sarà inserita nel team della SPA dell'hotel e si occuperà dell'esecuzione di massaggi e trattamenti corpo, offrendo agli ospiti un'esperienza professionale, rilassante e personalizzata, nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi della struttura.
Principali attività
- Esecuzione di massaggi e trattamenti corpo secondo gli standard della struttura;
- Accoglienza e assistenza degli ospiti durante il trattamento;
- Ascolto delle esigenze del cliente e individuazione del trattamento più appropriato;
- Preparazione della cabina e riordino degli spazi di lavoro;
- Cura dell'igiene e corretta gestione degli strumenti e dei prodotti utilizzati;
- Informazione e consulenza alla clientela sui trattamenti e sui servizi disponibili presso la SPA;
- Collaborazione con il team della SPA per garantire un servizio professionale e di elevata qualità.
Requisiti
- Esperienza concreta come massaggiatrice, preferibilmente maturata presso SPA, centri benessere, hotel o strutture similari;
- Ottima manualità e conoscenza delle principali tecniche di massaggio;
- Preferibile formazione specifica nel settore dei massaggi e del benessere;
- Buone capacità relazionali e predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico;
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, anche nei weekend e nei giorni festivi;
- Residenza a Caserta o zone limitrofe (non viene fornito alloggio)
Si offre
- RAL indicativa: €23.500–25.500, con possibilità di valutare una proposta economica superiore per profili con esperienza specifica e consolidata nel ruolo;
- Contratto full-time;
- Orario di lavoro organizzato su turno continuato o spezzato, in funzione delle esigenze della struttura;
- Turnazione dal lunedì alla domenica.
