Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire in coppia per attività di pulizia e manutenzione ordinaria presso condomini e strutture situate nella zona di Firenze Sud. La risorsa, insieme al/alla collega, si recherà quotidianamente presso i diversi luoghi di intervento utilizzando il furgone aziendale. Le destinazioni verranno comunicate la sera precedente, secondo un calendario organizzato in base alle esigenze del servizio. Mansioni principali: La persona si occuperà, in collaborazione con il/la collega, di: - pulizia e igienizzazione degli spazi comuni condominiali; - pulizia di scale, pianerottoli, ingressi, androni e corridoi; - pulizia di ascensori e altre aree comuni; - raccolta e gestione ordinaria dei rifiuti presenti nelle aree di competenza; - utilizzo delle attrezzature e dei prodotti professionali per la pulizia; - eventuali attività di pulizia e riordino previste dal servizio presso le diverse strutture; - spostamento quotidiano tra i vari condomini assegnati, nel rispetto del programma di lavoro.
