Staff S.p.A. – Agenzia per il Lavoro, Filiale di Cantù, ricerca per importante realtà istituzionale con sede a Milano Centro, zona Duomo, una figura di:     CUOCO / CUOCA La risorsa sarà inserita per una sostituzione ferie e lavorerà in autonomia all'interno della cucina della struttura.     Mansioni: - Preparazione e cottura dei pasti; - Gestione autonoma della cucina; - Seguire il menù fisso già predisposto, rispettando ricette, grammature e indicazioni fornite; - Organizzazione delle attività quotidiane di cucina; - Rispetto delle norme igienico-sanitarie e delle procedure HACCP; - Pulizia e riordino della postazione di lavoro e delle attrezzature.   La persona selezionata lavorerà in autonomia, senza la presenza di altri cuochi in cucina.     Requisiti: - Esperienza pregressa nella mansione di cuoco/cuoca; - Buona capacità di lavorare in autonomia; - Conoscenza delle principali norme igienico-sanitarie e HACCP; - Affidabilità, precisione e senso di responsabilità; - Disponibilità per l'intero periodo indicato.     Offerta: - Contratto: tempo determinato per sostituzione ferie; - Periodo: dal 03/09/2026 al 22/09/2026; - Orario: dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 06:30 alle 14:30; - Monte ore: 40 ore settimanali; - CCNL: Pubblici Esercizi, Ristorazione e Turismo – Confcommercio; - Inquadramento: 4° livello; - Retribuzione lorda oraria: circa €9,84; - Retribuzione lorda mensile full-time: circa €1.692,69; - RAL di riferimento: circa €23.697,66 su 14 mensilità.       I candidati sono invitati a leggere l'informativa privacy nell'apposita sezione del sito web www.staff.it.
