Responsabilità La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione, evoluzione e innovazione dell'intero ecosistema IT aziendale, lavorando a stretto contatto con il top management e fungendo da ponte tra esigenze di business e sviluppo tecnologico. Avrà un ruolo chiave sia strategico che operativo, con un forte coinvolgimento diretto nello sviluppo software e nella gestione dei progetti. Nel dettaglio si occuperà di: - Definire le priorità IT insieme alla Direzione, contribuendo alla roadmap tecnologica aziendale; - Coordinare e monitorare tutte le attività IT (task, ticket, progetti), garantendo organizzazione, visibilità e rispetto delle scadenze; - Gestire, sviluppare e ottimizzare l'ecosistema applicativo (SAP Business One, CRM, sistemi di progettazione, WMS, applicazioni custom); - Analizzare le esigenze dei diversi dipartimenti, traducendole in requisiti tecnici strutturati e proponendo soluzioni efficaci e scalabili; - Sviluppare e mantenere applicazioni interne e strumenti software (Python, Web App, SAP B1 SDK); - Progettare e implementare integrazioni tra i diversi sistemi aziendali (ERP, CRM, BI e altri strumenti); - Supervisionare e coordinare fornitori esterni, garantendo qualità e allineamento agli obiettivi aziendali; - Intervenire su problematiche complesse in supporto agli utenti, con un approccio orientato alla soluzione definitiva; - Collaborare coni team interni(Produzione, Acquisti, Sales) per migliorare processi e flussi operativi; - Costruire e sviluppare nel tempo una Business Unit IT interna. Profilo Must have - Esperienza di 10?15 anni in ambito IT, con focus su sviluppo software e gestione sistemi ERP, in particolare SAP Business One; - Solida esperienza nello sviluppo software (C#, .NET, Python, SQL o linguaggi equivalenti); - Approfondita conoscenza di SAP Business One, inclusi SDK, DI API e UI API, preferibilmente in contesti manufacturing; - Esperienza nella gestione di integrazioni tra sistemi (ERP, CRM, applicazioni custom, BI); - Conoscenza dei processi aziendali in ambito produzione, supply chain e gestione progetti; - Esperienza nella gestione e coordinamento di attività progettuali IT. Soft skills - Spiccate capacità di analisi e problemsolving; - Mentalità orientata al risultato e al miglioramento continuo; - Attitudine al coordinamento e alla gestione di stakeholder interni ed esterni; - Autonomia organizzativa e capacità di gestire simultaneamente più attività; - Approccio pragmatico e orientato all'esecuzione; - Buone capacità comunicative e di problem translation tra business e IT. Profilo - 7+ years of experience in Product Management. - Proven experience managing complex enterprise SaaS products. - Demonstrated track record of defining and executing product roadmaps with measurable business impact. - Experience collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders in cross-functional environments. - Experience leveraging and building AI-powered product capabilities. - Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced and evolving environments. - Familiarity with regulated environments and data privacy/compliance requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, or equivalent). - Fluent English. The role is based in Italy, with Verona as the reference office, and is intended to be fully remote.
