About the role Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is currently looking for an Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial operations, supporting business performance, and maintaining compliance with local and international accounting standards. What you bring - Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. - 3?5 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance leadership role, ideally within hospitality. Previous experience in Hotel finance and/or a structured business environment is a strong asset. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Italian GAAP (OIC), statutory requirements, and USALI standards. - Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or hospitality finance platforms. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail. - Proven ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and lead high-performing teams. - Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
