ABOUT THE JOB Under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager and their assistants, you will be responsible for: - Organizing the setup of the service areas and dining room, - Ensuring an exceptional guest experience, - Advising guests with your excellent knowledge of the menu and products, - Performing service according to professional standards: taking orders, setting up tables according to the orders, clearing, and resetting, - Managing your assigned section: replenishing bread and beverages, keeping tables orderly and clean to ensure a pleasant dining experience, - Performing end-of-service tasks: cleaning, organizing, and preparing for the next service, - Ensuring all areas are maintained in optimal condition (cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality), - Following and respecting aesthetic standards defined by management (grooming, table setup).
