| Humangest, Società specializzata nella Ricerca e Selezione del personale, ricerca per importante azienda cliente del settore metalmeccanico, un/a Quality Engineer La risorsa, inserita nel team qualità, si occuperà di: · Gestione delle problematiche qualitative interne ed esterne, supportando il miglioramento continuo dei processi produttivi; · Analisi e gestione dei resi cliente e delle non conformità; · Coordinamento delle attività di problem solving tramite metodologie strutturate (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, ecc.); · Partecipazione a riunioni tecniche con l'Ufficio Tecnico, Produzione e altri enti aziendali; · Interfaccia diretta con il cliente per gestione reclami, azioni correttive e aggiornamenti tecnici; · Partecipazione alle attività di FMEA di processo e prodotto; · Gestione e diffusione delle Lesson Learned derivanti da problematiche qualitative e progetti conclusi; · Monitoraggio KPI qualità e supporto alle attività di miglioramento continuo; · Supporto agli audit cliente e alle attività di qualità sistema/processo. Richiediamo: · Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Gestionale/affine o diploma tecnico; · Esperienza, anche breve, in ambito Qualità o contesti manifatturieri; · Capacità di lettura del disegno meccanico; · Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di misura (calibro, micrometro, comparatore, ecc); · Conoscenza delle metodologie di problem solving e principali strumenti qualità; · Buone capacità relazioni e di comunicazione; · Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; · Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office; · Preferibile conoscenza normative ISO 9001 / IATF 16949; · Preferibile esperienza nella gestione audit cliente. Offriamo: Inserimento diretto in azienda cliente a tempo indeterminato con RAL compresa tra €35.000 - €40.000. La definizione del compenso specifico, dipenderà dalla valutazione del profilo in termini di conoscenze, capacità, competenze ed esperienze.
