La figura sarà responsabile dell'intero ciclo di vita progettuale, dalla raccolta dei requisiti alla messa in produzione, coordinando team multidisciplinari e mantenendo un costante confronto con il cliente per trasformarne le esigenze in soluzioni concrete, efficaci e di valore. Responsabilità La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività: - Gestire l'intero ciclo di vita dei progetti ERP, dalla raccolta dei requisiti fino al rilascio in produzione, garantendo il rispetto di tempi, costi e qualità. - Pianificare, coordinare e monitorare le attività progettuali, definendo priorità, milestone e obiettivi condivisi con il cliente. - Analizzare i processi aziendali e raccogliere i requisiti funzionali, traducendoli in soluzioni efficaci per il contesto Retail e GDO. - Coordinare i team di sviluppo, consulenza applicativa e delivery, assicurando una comunicazione efficace tra tutte le parti coinvolte. - Gestire la relazione con clienti e stakeholder, monitorando l'avanzamento dei progetti e garantendo un elevato livello di soddisfazione. - Supportare l'implementazione e l'evoluzione delle soluzioni ERP, con particolare attenzione ai processi di vendita, punti vendita, magazzino, logistica, approvvigionamento e promozioni. - Supervisionare le attività di testing, User Acceptance Test (UAT), rilascio e go-live, assicurando la corretta adozione delle soluzioni da parte degli utenti finali. - Identificare tempestivamente rischi e criticità progettuali, definendo e implementando adeguate azioni correttive. - Collaborare alla definizione delle roadmap evolutive di prodotto, raccogliendo le esigenze del mercato e dei clienti. - Contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi, delle metodologie di lavoro e degli standard di project management adottati dall'organizzazione. Profilo Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: - Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni nel ruolo di Project Manager in contesti Software House, IT o Digital Transformation. - Esperienza nella gestione di progetti ERP, con particolare riferimento ai processi del mondo Retail e GDO. - Conoscenza dei processi legati a punti vendita, gestione articoli, pricing, promozioni, fidelity, magazzino, approvvigionamento e logistica. - Esperienza su soluzioni POS, software gestionali o piattaforme dedicate al settore Retail. - Solida conoscenza del ciclo di vita del software (SDLC) e delle principali dinamiche di sviluppo, testing e rilascio.
