Requisiti · Diploma o laurea, preferibilmente in discipline giuridiche, economiche, amministrative o tecniche. · Esperienza consolidata in uffici gare, appalti, contratti o qualificazioni, preferibilmente in imprese operanti nei lavori pubblici, nei servizi energetici, impiantistici o manutentivi. · Conoscenza operativa del Codice dei contratti pubblici e della documentazione amministrativa di gara. · Conoscenza delle procedure relative a SOA, CEL, subappalti, RTI, avvalimenti, garanzie e attivita post aggiudicazione. · Capacita di lettura, predisposizione e verifica della documentazione contrattuale. · Costituisce titolo preferenziale l'esperienza nei rapporti con consulenti SOA, studi legali, enti certificatori, broker e istituti finanziari. · Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft 365, in particolare Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams e SharePoint. · Utilizzo delle principali piattaforme telematiche di gara e di e-procurement. · Gestione documentale digitale, firma elettronica, marcatura temporale e archiviazione cloud. - Garantire la corretta tenuta della contabilità generale, analitica e IVA. - Coordinare le chiusure contabili mensili, trimestrali e annuali. - Predisporre il bilancio d'esercizio e supportare la redazione della nota integrativa e della documentazione societaria. - Gestire gli adempimenti fiscali e tributari ordinari e straordinari. - Predisporre budget di tesoreria e cash flow previsionali. - Curare i rapporti con istituti bancari, società di leasing e altri enti finanziatori. - Gestire linee di credito, fideiussioni, mutui, finanziamenti e garanzie. - Predisporre budget economici, patrimoniali e finanziari. - Elaborare forecast periodici, analisi degli scostamenti. - Predisporre report direzionali e KPI economico-finanziari. - Monitorare la redditività delle singole commesse e delle iniziative immobiliari. - Supportare la Direzione nella definizione delle strategie economiche e finanziarie. - Controllare la contabilità industriale delle commesse. - Monitorare costi, SAL, margini e cash flow dei cantieri. - Collaborare con l'area tecnica nella pianificazione economica delle opere. - Garantire il rispetto della normativa civilistica, fiscale e societaria. - Curare i rapporti con revisori, consulenti fiscali e legali. - Presidiare il sistema di controllo interno e la gestione dei rischi amministrativi e finanziari. Dovrà inoltre coordinare anche l'Amministrazione del Personale: - Sovrintendere ai processi amministrativi relativi al personale. - Garantire la corretta applicazione del CCNL e della normativa in materia di lavoro e previdenza. - Coordinare i rapporti con consulenti del lavoro - Supervisionare payroll, presenze, assunzioni, cessazioni, trasformazioni contrattuali e adempimenti amministrativi. - Laurea in Economia, Economia Aziendale o discipline equivalenti. - Costituisce titolo preferenziale un Master in Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo o abilitazione professionale - Esperienza di almeno 8-10 anni in ruoli amministrativi e finanziari. - Esperienza maturata nel settore costruzioni, general contractor, real estate o sviluppo immobiliare. - Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese.
