The Property Compliance & Technical Admin will provide operational and administrative support to the Engineering and Safety & Security departments, working closely with the Director of Engineering & Security. What you'll do Safety & Security - Manage the Master Key System, ensuring proper control, issuance, tracking, and accountability of keys in accordance with company procedures. - Support the review and update of emergency procedures in collaboration with the Director of Engineering, Health & Safety Manager (RSPP), and Human Resources, including the planning, coordination, and monitoring of employee training and refresher activities. - Manage and monitor Marriott security systems (MIRA and VAULT), ensuring compliance with brand standards and the proper execution of periodic audits (e.g., Threat Condition Program, Crisis Management Plan, and Safety & Security Self-Assessment). - Oversee the hotel's security systems, including CCTV and fire detection systems, ensuring their proper operation and maintenance. - Monitor and supervise activities performed by the external security team, including: - Key Management - Lost & Found - Safe Deposit Boxes and Lockers - First Aid Kits - Emergency Exit Routes Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and safety standards. Engineering - Procurement & Purchasing: Manage purchase requests for the Engineering department, issue and follow up on purchase orders in line with company procedures, and coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, and external suppliers. - Manage and audit records of mandatory inspections and regulatory deadlines, including: - Fire Safety Register - Legionella Prevention Manual - Swimming Pool Self-Monitoring Manual - Scheduled maintenance of plant room and boiler systems - RENTRI documentation and compliance requirements - Provide support to the team in the operational management of Marriott Engineering systems (TRANSCENDENT and MESH). - Coordinate and support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental Management initiatives, including programs such as Green Key, Serve 360, and related sustainability projects. What you'll need: - Previous experience in an administrative, facilities, engineering, or safety & security support role. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook). - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Fluency in Italian and English. - Experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of Marriott systems is a plus. For a leading international investment bank, we are looking for a: SENIOR ACCOUNTANT The selected candidate will support the Finance & General Administration function, operating with a high degree of autonomy. Key Responsibilities - Lead and develop the HR Operations function, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all employee lifecycle processes. - Oversee personnel administration, contract management, payroll governance and employee benefits programs. - Ensure compliance with labour legislation, social security and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate relationships with external providers, payroll vendors and relevant authorities. - Drive the continuous improvement and optimization of HR processes and operating models. - Manage HR systems and ensure the integrity, quality and security of employee data. - Develop and monitor HR reporting and analytics, providing meaningful workforce insights. - Partner with Finance on headcount planning, personnel budgeting and cost monitoring activities. - Support organizational growth by implementing scalable and efficient HR operations. - Contribute to HR transformation projects, digitalization initiatives and process improvements.
