Responsabilità La figura ricercata sarà responsabile della gestione e del presidio delle assicurazioni e delle cauzioni delle società del Gruppo, assicurando un coordinamento strutturato delle attività, il monitoraggio delle relative scadenze e la corretta gestione della documentazione e dei rapporti con gli interlocutori interni ed esterni. La persona contribuirà alla razionalizzazione e all'efficientamento dei processi di gestione delle garanzie e delle coperture assicurative, favorendo una maggiore centralizzazione delle attività e un presidio puntuale delle relative scadenze, con l'obiettivo di ottimizzare i costi e ridurre i rischi operativi. Nello specifico si occuperà di: - Gestione e presidio del portafoglio assicurativo delle società del Gruppo, garantendo l'aggiornamento della documentazione e il monitoraggio delle relative scadenze; - Gestione delle cauzioni e delle garanzie richieste nell'ambito dei rapporti commerciali e delle commesse del Gruppo; - Richiesta di emissione, rinnovo, modifica e svincolo delle garanzie fideiussorie e delle altre forme di garanzia di competenza; - Monitoraggio delle scadenze relative a polizze, cauzioni, fideiussioni e garanzie, assicurando il rispetto delle tempistiche previste; - Raccolta e verifica della documentazione necessaria per l'emissione e il rinnovo delle garanzie; - Gestione dei rapporti con compagnie assicurative, broker, banche, intermediari e altri soggetti coinvolti; - Coordinamento con le funzioni aziendali interessate per la gestione delle assicurazioni e delle garanzie, ivi inclusa la richiesta di garanzie per la partecipazione alle gare, per la stipula dei contratti e la raccolta della documentazione utile allo svincolo parziale o totale delle stesse; - Supporto alle funzioni aziendali nella definizione delle esigenze assicurative e nella corretta individuazione delle garanzie necessarie; - Verifica delle condizioni delle polizze e delle garanzie, segnalando eventuali criticità, anomalie o necessità di aggiornamento; - Monitoraggio dei costi assicurativi e delle commissioni connesse alle garanzie, contribuendo all'individuazione di opportunità di ottimizzazione; - Gestione e aggiornamento di un database/scadenziario centralizzato relativo alle polizze, alle cauzioni e alle garanzie del Gruppo; - Predisposizione di reportistica periodica relativa al portafoglio assicurativo e alle garanzie in essere; - Supporto nella gestione delle richieste di risarcimento e dei sinistri, in coordinamento con le funzioni aziendali competenti e con i consulenti/broker assicurativi; - Gestione, organizzazione e archiviazione della documentazione relativa alle coperture assicurative e alle garanzie; - Contributo alla definizione e implementazione di procedure interne per una gestione uniforme e strutturata delle assicurazioni e delle cauzioni del Gruppo. Profilo Saranno valutate per l'iter le candidature in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: - Laurea in Economia, Finanza, Giurisprudenza o discipline affini; - Preferibile esperienza, di almeno 3/4 anni, maturata in ambito Tesoreria, Finance, Amministrazione e/o nella gestione di assicurazioni e garanzie; - Necessaria conoscenza delle principali tipologie di polizze assicurative aziendali e delle garanzie fideiussorie e cauzionali; - Conoscenza dei principali processi e strumenti relativi alla gestione delle garanzie bancarie e assicurative; - Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel. - Preferibile conoscenza di sistemi ERP e/o gestionali aziendali. - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese costituisce titolo preferenziale. What you'll do Safety & Security - Manage the Master Key System, ensuring proper control, issuance, tracking, and accountability of keys in accordance with company procedures. - Support the review and update of emergency procedures in collaboration with the Director of Engineering, Health & Safety Manager (RSPP), and Human Resources, including the planning, coordination, and monitoring of employee training and refresher activities. - Manage and monitor Marriott security systems (MIRA and VAULT), ensuring compliance with brand standards and the proper execution of periodic audits (e.g., Threat Condition Program, Crisis Management Plan, and Safety & Security Self-Assessment). - Oversee the hotel's security systems, including CCTV and fire detection systems, ensuring their proper operation and maintenance. - Monitor and supervise activities performed by the external security team, including: - Key Management - Lost & Found - Safe Deposit Boxes and Lockers - First Aid Kits - Emergency Exit Routes Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and safety standards.
