For international company operating in the aerospace sector we are looking for a Technical Instructions Specialist to join its Customer Support and Training team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the development, validation, and release of technical instructions and service bulletins supporting in-service helicopter fleets. Responsabilità Key Responsibilities - Manage the Service Bulletin (SB) and Technical Instruction (PTD) process from requirement collection through final release. - Analyze helicopter configurations and identify applicability for technical modifications. - Gather and manage technical documentation required for SB/PTD development. - Coordinate activities with engineering, customer support, logistics, suppliers, and external stakeholders. - Monitor project timelines, costs, and deliverables. - Support validation activities remotely or at customer sites. - Provide technical assistance for documentation-related queries. - Contribute to effort and cost estimation for customer-requested modifications. Profilo Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in the aerospace/aeronautical industry. - Experience with technical documentation, engineering drawings, or technical publications. - Knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA, EMAR, or equivalent). - Fluent English, both written and spoken. For our client we are looking for a SW Engineer/ Avionic Subsystem. Responsabilità The role is part of the Flight Management organizational unit of Avionic Systems Development area. The unit is responsible for the design, development and qualification/certification activities related to the main on-board, specifically of the software application responsible for the Flight Planning and Sensor Management functions that will be hosted on the target computer. Sub-System Engineers interface with the Avionic System Engineering functional area for all the aspects pertaining to the integration of the computer and its application in the helicopter avionic system. Other external areas interfaced include CPE offices, Flight Test Pilots and Engineers, Procurement and RMS departments. Flight Management Engineer goals: Analyze avionic system requirements and customer needs to define subsystem SW requirements and design solutions for the development and certification of embedded, real-time, safety critical applications for the Flight Management System installed on Leonardo Helicopters product lines.
