Per un'importante realtà manifatturiera del pordenonese, caratterizzata da una solida presenza industriale e da un articolato piano di sviluppo organizzativo, siamo alla ricerca di una persona per il ruolo di Industrial Services & Maintenance Manager La figura avrà la responsabilità di garantire l'efficienza, l'affidabilità e la continuità operativa degli impianti produttivi e delle infrastrutture aziendali, contribuendo al contempo alla definizione di processi, standard e metodologie condivise. Responsabilità La risorsa, riportando alla Direzione Operations, avrà le seguenti responsabilità: - Garantire la continuità operativa degli impianti produttivi attraverso una gestione efficace delle attività di manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e preventiva. - Coordinare il personale tecnico interno e le società esterne coinvolte nelle attività manutentive e di facility management. - Assicurare il corretto funzionamento delle infrastrutture aziendali, degli impianti tecnologici e dei servizi generali a supporto della produzione. - Definire e monitorare KPI relativi a performance, affidabilità, disponibilità ed efficienza degli impianti. - Promuovere iniziative di miglioramento continuo finalizzate alla riduzione dei fermi produzione e all'ottimizzazione dei costi di manutenzione. - Gestire budget, investimenti tecnici e piani di manutenzione nel rispetto degli obiettivi aziendali. - Collaborare con le funzioni Operations, Engineering, Qualità, Sicurezza e Acquisti per l'implementazione di progetti di miglioramento e sviluppo industriale. - Contribuire alla definizione di procedure, standard operativi e modelli organizzativi condivisi tra le diverse sedi aziendali. - Supportare l'evoluzione del modello manutentivo verso logiche sempre più strutturate, omogenee e orientate alla cultura della manutenzione preventiva e predittiva. - Garantire il rispetto delle normative vigenti in materia di sicurezza, ambiente e gestione degli impianti. Profilo Ricerchiamo persone in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: - Diploma tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Elettrica, Gestionale o discipline affini. - Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di responsabilità nell'ambito manutenzione e facility management all'interno di contesti manifatturieri strutturati. - Conoscenza delle principali metodologie di manutenzione preventiva, predittiva e miglioramento continuo. - Esperienza nella gestione di team tecnici e di fornitori esterni. - Capacità di pianificazione, controllo budget e gestione di investimenti industriali. - Familiarità con sistemi CMMS e strumenti di monitoraggio delle performance manutentive. - Conoscenza delle normative relative a sicurezza, impianti e manutenzione industriale. The reference point for the world's elite at international city events such as the Biennale, Carnival and the Venice Film Festival.    Job Description  A Guest Experience Supervisor is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during a specific shift, which includes supervising staff, handling customer issues, and managing daily administrative and financial tasks. Key duties involve delegating tasks, ensuring excellent customer service, resolving conflicts, performing cash management, and guaranteeing the effectiveness of the flow of information across all departments.    What you'll do  Key Responsibilities Summary Guest Services & Check-In Operations - Manage guest check-ins by verifying identity, processing payments, assigning rooms, and issuing keys. - Set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in (i.e., sharewiths, separate room/tax/incidentals, comp).  - Assist staff with expediting problem payments (e.g., problems processing credit card).  - Follow up with guest regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues.  - Resolve payment issues and follow up on guest satisfaction. - Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks.  - Coordinate with departments (e.g., Concierge, Housekeeping) to address guest requests and problems. - Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.  - Block rooms in the system and identify designated requirements and requests.  - Anticipate sold-out situations and obtain satisfactory alternative accommodations when the property cannot accommodate guests with reservations.  Financial & Administrative Duties - Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.  - Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications. - Count bank at the beginning and end of shift.  - Handle cash operations: count bank at shift start/end, balance and drop receipts. - Set up guest accounts, verify billing, and process various payment types. - Complete cashier reports and maintain accurate logs and contingency lists. - Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any theft reports. Per Leonello Spagnol, Divisione appartenente al Gruppo, siamo alla ricerca di un/a:   Responsabile Programmazione Macchine Tessili e Reparto Tessitura - Maglieria   La persona coordinerà dal punto di vista tecnico, organizzativo e produttivo il reparto tessitura, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di qualità, produttività, efficienza e rispetto delle tempistiche di consegna.   Attività: Programmazione macchine Shima Seiki - Valutare la fattibilità tecnica dei modelli e definire le soluzioni produttive più efficaci; - Supportare le attività di ricerca e sviluppo relative a filati, punti maglia e tecnologie innovative; - Sviluppare, verificare e ottimizzare i programmi di tessitura in funzione delle specifiche tecniche del prodotto per migliorare resa, qualità e riduzione degli scarti; - Supervisionare la realizzazione di prototipi, campioni e avviamenti produttivi; - Fornire supporto tecnico ai programmatori e agli operatori di macchina; - Gestire la risoluzione delle problematiche tecniche legate alla programmazione e all'avvio produttivo; - Definire e aggiornare procedure operative, standard di programmazione e documentazione tecnica; - Gestire l'aggiornamento e l'archiviazione della documentazione tecnica; - Formare e supportare il personale sulle nuove tecnologie e metodologie di programmazione.
