Set up accurate accounts for each guest checking in according to their requirements (i.e., sharewith, separate room/tax/incidentals, comp). d)Asign guestroom. e)Advice guest of any messages, mail, faxes, etc, received for them. f)Communicate services and amenities included in packages to guests on packages. g)Obtain proper identification for tax exempt guests and attach form to registration card. h)Obtain guest signature for designated paperwork. i)Obtain Guest Relations to escort guest. 12.File all relevant guest paperwork in the bucket or trace files as mandated by departmental processes. 13. Issue Safety deposit boxes to guests and ensure security of keys. 14. Answer all incoming calls within 3 rings and with a smile, using correct salutations and telephone etiquette: a)Take, record, and relay messages accurately, completely and legibly. Distribute hotel personnel messages to appropriate individuals. b)Offer detailed information on the voice mail system to callers and guest wishing to leave a message. c)Accept and record wake-up call requests; deliver to PBX. 15.Run emergency reports. 16.Responsible for assigning CARE rooms in conjunction with Engineering and Housekeeping. 17.Responsible for the daily set up of showrooms in conjunction with Housekeeping. 18.Responsible for monitoring and clearing DNR rooms. 19.Responsible for clearing wait lists in coordination with ERS 20.Maintain the inventory of the hotel: a)Check all comments and requests in reservations. b)Block guaranteed room types, special requests, requests to be near other rooms, early arrivals & VIP's. c)Verify all specialty room blocks. d)Determine how to fill Club and Suites. e)Communicate with The Club Manager/ Club Concierge. f)Block guest recognition's needs daily as needed. g)Verify remaining blocks to ensure we're meeting the customers' needs and fill the holes in the matrix/ block the house. h)Check for double blocks and duplicate reservations. i)Confirm or deny upgrades. j)Advise the Director of Revenue Management of any over-commitments in room types and communicate with the Director of Revenue Management on how much to oversell the hotel daily/ as needed. k)Responsible for ensuring all Pre-Registrations are complete prior to guest ETA but no later than 1pm. l)Responsible for communicating and expediting room waits. m)Responsible for orchestrating room moves. 21.Responsible for setting up charge routing and coordinating any special billing requests. 22.Responsible for clearing stay over requests. 23.Responsible for clearing departures. 24.Responsible for ensuring all Reservations have proper company, source and individual profiles linked in Opera as well as assisting in linking profiles in Class. 25.Promote positive guest relations to all individuals approaching the Front Desk. 26.Accommodate all guest requests expediently and courteously. La risorsa sara junior e affianchera i colleghi dell'Export Dept nelle attivita quotidiane di gestione ordini, preventivi, fatturazione e spedizioni, contribuendo alla corretta esecuzione dei flussi operativi. Il contesto e' strutturato e orientato all'organizzazione, con interlocutori internazionali e frequente utilizzo delle lingue straniere. La posizione prevede compiti amministrativi e operativi, nonché supporto alla pianificazione di viaggi, tour ed eventi collegati alle attivita commerciali sui mercati esteri. Responsabilita Supportare quotidianamente i colleghi dell'Ufficio Export nella gestione operativa delle attivita legate ai mercati esteri e ai clienti internazionali. Collaborare alla gestione degli ordini export, dal recepimento alla registrazione, garantendo il corretto inserimento dei dati e il rispetto delle procedure interne. Affiancare il team nella predisposizione di preventivi per i clienti esteri, curando la parte documentale e la corrispondenza in lingua inglese e seconda lingua. Supportare le attivita di fatturazione e di predisposizione documenti di spedizione, assicurando coerenza tra ordini, consegne e documentazione amministrativa. Gestire le prenotazioni di hotel, voli e altri servizi di viaggio, organizzando tour ed eventi collegati alle attivita commerciali dell'Export Dept. Mantenere aggiornati gli archivi e le anagrafiche clienti export, garantendo ordine, tracciabilita e facile reperibilita delle informazioni necessarie. Skill e Professionalita Ottima conoscenza scritta e parlata della lingua inglese, adeguata alla gestione autonoma di comunicazioni con clienti e partner esteri. Buona conoscenza scritta e parlata di una seconda lingua straniera, preferibilmente spagnolo oppure tedesco, per il supporto alle attivita export. Conoscenza di base della metodologia di lavoro richiesta in un ufficio export, con familiarita con ordini, preventivi, fatturazione e spedizioni internazionali. Buone capacita organizzative, con attenzione alla pianificazione delle attivita, al rispetto delle scadenze e all'ordine nella gestione documentale. Buona dimestichezza nella prenotazione di hotel, voli, alberghi e servizi correlati, inclusa l'organizzazione di tour ed eventi aziendali. Informazioni Aggiuntive Inserimento in somministrazione per 6 mesi, finalizzato alla trasformazione a tempo indeterminato. CCNL Gomma Plastica, RAL annua tra i 22000 e i 24000. Ticket restaurant da 5,5 euro.
