Responsibilities La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività: - Guidare e coordinare tutte le attività Finance, Amministrazione, Controllo di Gestione, Tesoreria e Reporting del Gruppo. - Supportare l'Amministratore Delegato e il management nelle decisioni strategiche attraverso analisi economico-finanziarie e KPI di business. - Supervisionare il processo di budgeting, forecasting e pianificazione finanziaria, garantendo l'affidabilità dei dati e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali. - Gestire i rapporti con istituti di credito, revisori, consulenti, investitori e stakeholder esterni. - Garantire la corretta redazione del bilancio civilistico e consolidato, nel rispetto della normativa vigente e dei principi contabili applicabili. - Presidiare la gestione della liquidità, del capitale circolante e delle attività di tesoreria. - Supportare operazioni straordinarie, progetti di crescita, acquisizioni, integrazioni societarie e processi di riorganizzazione. - Promuovere l'evoluzione dei processi amministrativi e finanziari, favorendo efficienza, digitalizzazione e controllo interno. - Coordinare, motivare e sviluppare il team Finance, contribuendo alla crescita organizzativa della funzione. - Predisporre reporting periodici destinati al management, al CdA e agli eventuali investitori. Your Profile Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: - Laurea in Economia, Finanza, Amministrazione Aziendale o discipline affini. - Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di CFO, Finance Director o Responsabile Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo maturata in contesti industriali strutturati. - Solida conoscenza di controllo di gestione, contabilità, bilancio, tesoreria e pianificazione finanziaria. - Esperienza nella gestione di team e di processi organizzativi complessi. - Capacità di interfacciarsi con imprenditori, management team, CdA, istituti di credito e stakeholder esterni. - Conoscenza dei principi contabili nazionali e internazionali (IFRS/IAS costituisce un plus). - Esperienza in contesti partecipati da fondi di private equity, percorsi di crescita per linee esterne, operazioni M&A o trasformazione aziendale costituirà titolo preferenziale. - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. - Forte orientamento al business, capacità analitiche, leadership e attitudine al problem solving.
