| Key Responsibilities - Lead and develop the HR Operations function, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all employee lifecycle processes. - Oversee personnel administration, contract management, payroll governance and employee benefits programs. - Ensure compliance with labour legislation, social security and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate relationships with external providers, payroll vendors and relevant authorities. - Drive the continuous improvement and optimization of HR processes and operating models. - Manage HR systems and ensure the integrity, quality and security of employee data. - Develop and monitor HR reporting and analytics, providing meaningful workforce insights. - Partner with Finance on headcount planning, personnel budgeting and cost monitoring activities. - Support organizational growth by implementing scalable and efficient HR operations. - Contribute to HR transformation projects, digitalization initiatives and process improvements.
