| la figura supporterà Operations Director, Area Operations Manager e Project Manager nella definizione dei programmi lavori, nel controllo dei tempi, nell'analisi degli scostamenti e nel presidio del close-out temporale dei progetti, al fine di migliorare affidabilità delle pianificazioni, rispetto delle milestone contrattuali e performance complessive delle Operations. Attività e responsabilità chiave - Predisporre e mantenere i programmi lavori di commessa (baseline, aggiornamenti, recovery schedule), in coerenza con i requisiti contrattuali. - Supportare Project Manager e Area Operations Manager nella definizione delle milestone, dei cammini critici e delle logiche di pianificazione. - Monitorare l'avanzamento fisico e temporale delle attività, confrontando baseline, forecast e actual. - Analizzare e segnalare scostamenti temporali, ritardi e criticità, partecipando alla definizione di azioni correttive e scenari di recupero. - Supportare la valutazione degli impatti temporali di varianti, claim, eventi di ritardo e modifiche allo scope. - Predisporre time impact analysis a supporto di claim e negoziazioni contrattuali. - Supportare la corretta integrazione tra pianificazione, produzione e risorse (personale, mezzi, subappalti). - Interfacciarsi supporto del PM con AFC e Acquisti per il presidio delle tempistiche di progetto, assicurando l'allineamento tra pianificazione lavori, approvvigionamenti, emissione ordini e disponibilità delle risorse. - Interfacciarsi con il Controllo Industriale nel contesto dei processi di budgeting e reforecasting, supportando l'analisi dell'avanzamento di commessa e la coerenza tra pianificazione temporale ed economica. - Contribuire alla reportistica periodica sull'andamento temporale delle commesse verso Operations Director e Area Operations Manager. - Supportare la fase di handover da tender a execution, verificando la coerenza tra planning di offerta e pianificazione esecutiva. - Supportare il close-out dei progetti dal punto di vista temporale, verificando il completamento delle attività, il rispetto delle milestone finali e la coerenza con le date di accettazione contrattuale. - Contribuire alla definizione e al miglioramento dei processi di pianificazione e controllo tempi a livello di Gruppo. - Supportare il team Commerciale nella definizione dei cronoprogrammi da includere nelle offerte, in linea con il resource planning e con gli input operativi delle Aree Operations. Key skills necessari - Esperienza in planning e project controls in contesti EPC, construction, utilities o infrastrutture. - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata. - Ottima conoscenza di strumenti di pianificazione (es. Primavera P6, MS Project). - Capacità di analisi del cammino critico e degli scostamenti temporali. - Approccio strutturato, analitico e orientato al dato. - Buone capacità di comunicazione e coordinamento interfunzionale. - Pragmatismo e orientamento alla soluzione.
