ABOUT THE JOB Under the responsibility of the Bar Manager, you will be in charge of: - Welcoming and assisting customers, presenting the cocktail menu, and promoting sales according to the establishment's standards, - Preparing cocktails and providing high-quality service to ensure an exceptional experience for the customer, - Guiding and supporting the customer throughout their experience, - Contributing to the improvement of the menu by suggesting new creations, - Applying and adhering to hygiene and safety regulations, - Ensuring proper maintenance of equipment and the overall upkeep of the bar. ABOUT YOU You have proven experience as a Bartender in a cocktail bar. You are dynamic, motivated, and present yourself professionally. You possess strong organizational skills, work efficiently, demonstrate good teamwork, and have excellent interpersonal skills. You communicate easily with both teams and guests, using appropriate and professional communication skills in Italian and English. You pay attention to detail and are attentive to customer needs. ABOUT YOU You have proven experience working in a cocktail bar. You are dynamic, motivated, and comfortable supporting and training teams. Your organizational skills and autonomy will help you quickly become familiar with the group's procedures and tools.
