Engineering - Procurement & Purchasing: Manage purchase requests for the Engineering department, issue and follow up on purchase orders in line with company procedures, and coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, and external suppliers. - Manage and audit records of mandatory inspections and regulatory deadlines, including: - Fire Safety Register - Legionella Prevention Manual - Swimming Pool Self-Monitoring Manual - Scheduled maintenance of plant room and boiler systems - RENTRI documentation and compliance requirements - Provide support to the team in the operational management of Marriott Engineering systems (TRANSCENDENT and MESH). - Coordinate and support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental Management initiatives, including programs such as Green Key, Serve 360, and related sustainability projects. What you'll need: - Previous experience in an administrative, facilities, engineering, or safety & security support role. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook). - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Fluency in Italian and English. - Experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of Marriott systems is a plus.
