We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and hands-on Assistant Villa Operations Manager to join our management team at one of our two villas in Tuscany. This is much more than a guest relations role. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play an important part in the day-to-day running of the villa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while helping oversee housekeeping, gardens, maintenance and general operational standards. This is a full-time seasonal live-in position from approximately mid-March until mid-November. Private accommodation and meals while on duty are provided. Your Responsibilities ? Communicate with guests before arrival and assist with transfers ? Welcome guests and ensure they feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their stay ?
