Per azienda cliente, IPP ed EPC contractor nel settore PV e BESS con sede a Milano, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di un O&M Manager. Responsabilità La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività: - Selezione e inserimento del personale di sito; - Interfaccia col team della Control Room per pianificare e gestire le attività di handover degli impianti; - Coordinare le attività di campo, mantenendo un costante allineamento coi tecnici in campo; - Gestire servizi di manutenzione SCADA per il corretto adempimento dei KPI aziendali; - Seguirei i progetti speciali O&M, garantendone l'esecuzione nel rispetto di tempi, costi e standard qualitativi, mantendo contatti con contractor di servizi di manutenzione O&M (ordinaria e straordinaria) in campo. - In collaborazione con il Responsabile H&S, supportare la predisposizione della documentazione di sicurezza e dei RAMS per le attività pianificate in alta e bassa tensione. Profilo Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: - Laurea in Ingegneria; - 2/3 anni di esperienza nel settore PV utility-scale; - Inglese fluente; - Disponibilità a svolgere sopralluoghi in campo ove necessario. For the Malta site, we are currently looking for Process Technicians. Responsibilities The Process Technician ensures flawless execution of semiconductor back‑end processes, acting as a crucial link between Engineering and Manufacturing . This role connects engineering specifications with production, guaranteeing zero deviations, maintaining strict adherence to technical standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency and product quality. Key Responsibilities - Ensure full compliance with all Engineering documentation, including SOPs, NLO PS, and Work Instructions. - Support process optimization activities such as waste reduction, cycle‑time improvement, and consolidation of process steps. - Evaluate materials and recommend alternative solutions to minimize costs and improve operational efficiency. - Identify process deviations and perform advanced (non‑repair) troubleshooting. - Collaborate closely with Process Engineers on continuous improvement projects. - Contribute to the training of production staff and promote consistent adherence to engineering and process standards. Your Profile The Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements: Strong understanding of semiconductor back‑end processes, including: - Metrology - considered a key competence - Knowledge of equipment / automation - Basic process understanding - Wafer dicing - Assembly - Wire bonding - Molding and encapsulation - Testing and finishing Additional capabilities: - Ability to interpret process parameters, technical drawings, and detailed engineering instructions. - Solid analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and accurately document deviations. Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate shall: - Be willing to work on a 4 Shift pattern, consisting of Day (06:00 till 18:00), Night (18:00 till 06:00), Rest and Off, including weekends and Public Holidays. - Possess an MQF Level 4 Qualification in a Technical/Engineering related subject or comparable certifications together with a minimum of 3 years' experience working within the manufacturing industry. - Possess at least a year's experience in the Semiconductor Industry, especially in the Assembly processes in conjunction with hands on experience in the field. - Have a Quality First mentality. - Possess good technical knowledge of equipment, process and materials. - Very good command of English both written & spoken. - Be computer literate, especially Microsoft Office. - Be flexible, adaptable to the work requirements and able to take decisions following continuous inputs. - Be able to drive projects and overcome obstacles. Base gross annual salary ranges between €21,400 and €24,200, depending on experience. Including shift allowances (nights, holidays, and overtime), total compensation may reach approximately €30,700?€34,200 gross per year. A welcome bonus and relocation package are also provided.
