| Staff Agenzia per il lavoro, filiale di Busto Arsizio, ricerca per azienda cliente operante nel settore GDO un/una VICEDIRETTORE / VICEDIRETTRICE La risorsa, a diretto supporto del Direttore del punto vendita, avrà un ruolo operativo e organizzativo, contribuendo alla gestione quotidiana del supermercato e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali. Sede di lavoro: limitrofi di Vimercate (MB) Responsabilità - Supportare il Direttore nella gestione e organizzazione del punto vendita. - Coordinare e motivare il team, contribuendo a creare un ambiente di lavoro positivo e collaborativo. - Supervisionare le attività quotidiane del supermercato e garantire il corretto svolgimento delle procedure. - Monitorare disponibilità e corretta esposizione della merce, occupandosi anche della gestione degli ordini e delle scorte. - Garantire elevati standard di servizio al cliente, ordine, pulizia e sicurezza. - Collaborare al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e alla gestione dei principali indicatori di performance. - Gestire il punto vendita in autonomia in assenza del Direttore. Requisiti - Esperienza maturata nel settore GDO, preferibilmente in ruoli di responsabilità. - Buone capacità organizzative e di gestione del personale. - Leadership, autorevolezza e capacità di lavorare in squadra. - Orientamento al cliente e agli obiettivi. - Flessibilità, dinamismo e disponibilità a lavorare su turni e nei giorni festivi, quando previsto. - Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza delle principali procedure operative e gestionali di un supermercato.
