What You'll Do - Handle incoming requests and leads quickly to deliver competitive, winning offers. - Build lasting relationships with business, education, and leisure partners to drive repeat bookings. - Draft and process rate agreements, proposals, and contracts with sharp accuracy. - Keep partner data clean and current in Salesforce and internal systems. - Team up with Revenue, Reservations, and Community crews to align on rates and guest perks. - Check in regularly with key accounts to spot renewal and upselling opportunities. - Keep an eye on local market rates to keep our offers attractive and smart. - Join in on local community events to keep our partner network thriving. What You'll Have - You bring 2 to 4 years of operational sales experience within Meeting & Events or a Hotel setting under your belt. - You hold a post-secondary degree. - You have solid experience managing partner relationships and spotting upselling opportunities. - You bring strong organizational skills and top-tier attention to detail for handling contracts and rates. - You have hands-on experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. - You bring excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset. POSITION SUMMARY   The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to enhance the hotel's brand awareness, drive revenue, and create engaging guest experiences. This role coordinates promotional campaigns, social media activities, content creation, partnerships, and events while ensuring brand standards are consistently maintained. Working closely with hotel departments and external partners, the Marketing Coordinator is bright, creative and highly organized, helps promote the hotel's services, outlets, and experiences to both local and international audiences and ensure that ideas move smoothly from concept to execution.   Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities. - Manage and update social media channels and digital content. - Coordinate marketing materials, photography, and creative assets. - Support the promotion of hotel outlets, events, and special offers. - Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies or partners. - Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting. - Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and standards.
