Responsabilità La risorsa, riportando alla Direzione Operations, avrà le seguenti responsabilità: - Garantire la continuità operativa degli impianti produttivi attraverso una gestione efficace delle attività di manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e preventiva. - Coordinare il personale tecnico interno e le società esterne coinvolte nelle attività manutentive e di facility management. - Assicurare il corretto funzionamento delle infrastrutture aziendali, degli impianti tecnologici e dei servizi generali a supporto della produzione. - Definire e monitorare KPI relativi a performance, affidabilità, disponibilità ed efficienza degli impianti. - Promuovere iniziative di miglioramento continuo finalizzate alla riduzione dei fermi produzione e all'ottimizzazione dei costi di manutenzione. - Gestire budget, investimenti tecnici e piani di manutenzione nel rispetto degli obiettivi aziendali. - Collaborare con le funzioni Operations, Engineering, Qualità, Sicurezza e Acquisti per l'implementazione di progetti di miglioramento e sviluppo industriale. - Contribuire alla definizione di procedure, standard operativi e modelli organizzativi condivisi tra le diverse sedi aziendali. - Supportare l'evoluzione del modello manutentivo verso logiche sempre più strutturate, omogenee e orientate alla cultura della manutenzione preventiva e predittiva. - Garantire il rispetto delle normative vigenti in materia di sicurezza, ambiente e gestione degli impianti. Profilo Ricerchiamo persone in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: - Diploma tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Elettrica, Gestionale o discipline affini. - Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di responsabilità nell'ambito manutenzione e facility management all'interno di contesti manifatturieri strutturati. - Conoscenza delle principali metodologie di manutenzione preventiva, predittiva e miglioramento continuo. - Esperienza nella gestione di team tecnici e di fornitori esterni. - Capacità di pianificazione, controllo budget e gestione di investimenti industriali. - Familiarità con sistemi CMMS e strumenti di monitoraggio delle performance manutentive. - Conoscenza delle normative relative a sicurezza, impianti e manutenzione industriale. Completano il profilo - Leadership e autorevolezza nella gestione delle persone. - Visione sistemica e orientamento al miglioramento organizzativo. - Capacità di operare sia a livello strategico sia operativo. - Forte attitudine alla collaborazione interfunzionale. - Approccio analitico e orientamento al risultato. - Disponibilità a spostamenti presso le diverse sedi aziendali.
