Lavoro Mio - Filiale di Conegliano (TV) - Per un nostro cliente di Volpago del Montello (TV) siamo alla ricerca di un/una Addetto/a alla macchina da ricamo.   L'azienda è operante dal 1968 nel ramo del ricamo automatico e ha tra i suoi clienti molti prestigiosi marchi mondiali.  La risorsa selezionata dovrà occuparsi di: -            prendere in carico le lavorazioni, che saranno diverse di volta in volta (non ci sono articoli da fare in serie), -            tarare, predisporre e attrezzare le macchine automatiche da ricamo (Tajima) presenti in produzione (sia con teste normali che speciali e dotate di dispositivi quali: paillettes/sequin, cording e applicazione di cordonetti, laser integrato, dispositivi tipo Cornely automatico). Sono richieste: -            esperienza nel settore del ricamo industriale per articoli moda di alta gamma/lusso. -            grandi doti di precisione e attenzione ai dettagli, -            autonomia nell'utilizzo dei macchinari già maturata in precedenza.   Gli orari di lavoro saranno organizzati come segue: settimane alternate di 30 ore (lunedì - venerdì, dalle 08:00 alle 14:00 oppure dalle 14:00 alle 20:00) e 36 ore ma pagate 40 (lunedì - sabato con i medesimi orari).  La ricerca è a scopo assunzione a tempo indeterminato.  L'annuncio è rivolto ad ambo i sessi (D.lgs n. 198/2006) e nel rispetto di quanto disposto dall'art. 10 del D.Lgs n. 276/2003.

Lavoro Mio Spa - Filiale di Conegliano (TV) - Per un nostro importante Cliente di Arcade (TV) siamo alla ricerca di un Team leader di magazzino.   L'azienda, con cui abbiamo una storica collaborazione, è una realtà leader nella produzione di elementi meccatronici e con quasi un centinaio di dipendenti.   La risorsa, una volta inserita, si occuperà di: • Pianificare e distribuire le attività operative del team (accettazione merci, smistamento, rifornimento reparti, spedizioni), partecipando direttamente all'esecuzione in base alle priorità quotidiane.  • Calcolare il carico di lavoro settimanale e organizzare le risorse in modo efficiente.  • Sorvegliare il lavoro degli operatori e verificarne costantemente le competenze operative.  • Monitorare l'accuratezza e la completezza dei dati inseriti nel sistema gestionale (ERP), verificando la coerenza tra i movimenti registrati, i documenti di trasporto (DDT) e le movimentazioni fisiche.  • Monitorare la correttezza delle giacenze, anche attraverso inventari a rotazione e controlli LIFO/FIFO.  • Organizzare al meglio lo smistamento, la movimentazione e lo stoccaggio delle merci. • Curare la pulizia, l'ordine e la manutenzione delle ubicazioni e delle attrezzature.  • Collaborare con l'Operations Manager nella revisione dei layout di magazzino, delle procedure e delle iniziative di miglioramento. • Carico/scarico merci con muletto e transpallet.  • Movimentazione fisica dei materiali tra magazzini, produzione e terzisti.  • Prelievi e consegna materiali ai reparti produttivi. • Gestione dei materiali in accettazione, resi e conto lavoro.  • Inserimento e aggiornamento dati su sistema ERP.  • Inventari.   Vengono richiesti: • Utilizzo di software gestionali (ERP) per tracciamento merci e aggiornamento giacenze (oltre all'uso di Excel).  • Conoscenza del flusso logistico, codifica articoli e movimentazioni contabili.  • Dimestichezza nell'uso di transpallet, muletto (preferibile patentino in corso di validità), movimentazione e stoccaggio dei materiali. • Capacità di analisi e sintesi: saper valutare i dati di magazzino, leggere le giacenze, individuare anomalie e soluzioni operative.  • Saper pianificare il lavoro, gestire le priorità, distribuire i compiti all'interno del team. • Esperienza pluriennale in ruoli di magazzino con responsabilità operative e gestionali.   Gli orari di lavoro saranno a giornata, dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 08:30 alle 12:30 e dalle 13:30 alle 17:30 (con buoni pasto aziendali).
